More family friendly than most coffee shops. It has a small green space out in the patio that children like. Since it's fenced in, it allows for my husband and I to keep a good eye on them while we still enjoy our coffee and good conversation.

Great local coffee shop! Yummy strong coffee and kiddos liked the fruit smoothies. I love the outdoor area to hang out and let the kids play while we visit and listen to local musicians play on the weekends.

Dunn Brothers is the only coffee shop in the area that is a free standing, shop that has a beautiful, relaxing outside sitting area and it's own parking. The people are very friendly and the coffee is excellent. Wiating time is slightly longer than in other places.

I come for the whole beans only, they seem to make their coffee on the strong side. Staffing could use some management, the young man making the sandwiches seemed a bit stressed and was short with customers. 3 stars is for the service and the inability to get a decent cup of coffee for the price. Purchase the whole beans and brew at home.

There is no better coffe shop within 50 miles. Not just great coffee and cafe food, but a great neighborhood gathering place for friends and family, often with live music on the weekends. Hands down the best coffee house in town!

I really want to like this place since there’s not many choices to pick from near to my work place, Unfortunately, I can’t pass their horrible customer service. They never acknowledged you, they always seem stress, they don’t smile or say hi, or thank you... I get the hipster vibe of the place and I like it, but customer service is everything, a good attitude that makes you feel welcome and want to comeback. The coffee never taste the same, some days is so hot that you can’t even hold the cup and have to wait like 20 min (not lying) to take a sip.. the place is very nice and I love the outdoor space is just that the people working there don’t seem like they want to help you at all... today they were all busy and after a couple w minutes a guy came to the register and stand there just looking at me and I didn’t know if he was ready to take my order or not, I have to ask him, he never said hi, how can I help you? Or I’m sorry about the wait... or something, you know?! I hope their vibe will be as good as the place. It also bothers me that you have to tip for a drink, even on the drive through, ( the receipts always ask you if you want to add tip, they also have the containers for a tip everywhere)especially if you’re not having a good service at all... My avocado wrap was great, though...

Great atmosphere and huge venue, great for showcasing art and for performing artists. Coffee and espresso offerings are great quality. Friendly associates and clean dining room makes Dunn Brother's great place for meetings, studying, and dates.

Greater Houston's best coffee shop. Always two fresh-roasted coffees on tap, plus killer cold brew and great pastries. The patio and garden make it an experience you can't get at Starbucks.

I really like this place. The coffee is good and so is the food. It's pretty popular with the locals and it's hard to find seating sometimes. The patio outside is lovely! My only complaint is they take a long time to make their drinks. Sometimes I'm waiting a good five minutes and no one was before me. But I would definitely recomend coming here. If you're in a hurry go through the drive thru. They give them presedence.

The service here was seriously lacking, not only did we wait nearly 20 minutes for just two drinks (mind you they had no line when we walked in outside at the drive thru or inside), but the male cashier didnt make eye contact or answer any of our questions even though we asked multiple times at increasing volume just in case it was too loud. The coffee is definitely coffee and the muffins were decent enough though dry and a bit stale. The woman who made our drinks was pleasant enough but literally no one was smiling and not a single person said hello. Just "what can I get you" and "is that all?"
So meh, kinda a waste of time and money.
