Dunn Brothers Coffee

I LOVE this coffee shop. I come here multiple times a week and it brings me so much joy. The people are so welcoming, the food and drinks are great, and they always have awesome recommendations. I highly recommend

Immediately after walking in, I made eye contact with the owner. I gave him a welcoming smile and he just stared at me making me uncomfortable. At first I thought it was a one off but then as my spouse(black female) and I(black female) order and get settled at a table. He proceeds to come over and say that we cannot have food that was not purchased there because he “needs to make a living”. No signs posted say this and we have come in countless times with different meals. We are never disruptive and we always purchase beverages when we come. Most times more than one for each of us. What was different about today? It’s giving prejudice… We won’t ever be frequenting this establishment again. 0/10 do not recommend if you are looking to be welcomed like any other coffee shop.

My only complaint and why I gave 4 stars vs 5 - the heat was cranked up so high I was sweating. It felt like I was in a sauna. Guarantee it was 85 degrees or hotter when I was there.

Re to comment: I know it can be tricky to balance heat etc. It felt like the gas fireplace was probably running for a portion of the morning and it wasn't cooling off. All I know is I was sweating! ;) I bumped my review to 5 stars due to your professional response. Appreciate the thoughts and I'll be back.

Terrible service. Owner is a terrible business man. They are not welcoming of LGBTQ members who even purchase their products. No signs illustrate whether you are able to bring outside food as their food isn’t the greatest, and the owner will embarrass you and your family after allowing it previous times. DON’T waste your money at this establishment especially if you are pro LGBTQ. Please visit the Dunn’s bros in Apply Valley as they have outstanding service!

Feels like a local coffee shop where people come to work and meet. Very friendly barrista and coffee was good. Place could get cleanup up just a bit.

Amazing I go every Saturday and am never disappointed with the food or the staff. Great coffee at a good price.

True space cadets working here. Two other customers in store when I came in to pick up online order, I waited 10 minutes to get a half full beverage while the staff giggled at each other over the payment by folks ordering.

The staff at Savage Dunn Brothers are always friendly, hard working and enjoy there job. That’s why I make it part of my daily routine.

Worst clientele I've ever seen at a coffee shop. Either kids running around everywhere, boomer women gossiping constantly, loud people on video meetings, or even all three at once. There are also people who operate their business out of there which is bizarre. Feels more like an office cafeteria or a children's day care than a coffee shop. Not a great place if you want to relax or work on something. Two stars because the coffee is consistent and the staff are good.

I LOVE that they have an ACTUAL working fireplace! It's warm and cozy on these chilly days. The service was great and the food was good.
