After seeing an article in Food and Wine about the best coffee in TX 2022, I had to go see for myself. I was not disappointed. The staff is so friendly and the food was wonderful but the lattes - WOW! Loved the atmosphere, the serveware and right across from the iconic Eyeball.

Went for the 1st time this morning. Had the breakfast tacos and fries!!!! And a vanilla late!!! DELISH!!

After moving to downtown Dallas from NYC, I’ve been looking for that sidewalk-cafe-feeling that you get from French Roast in Manhattan. If classy NYC is what you are after, look no further than Parterre! May I recommend the Lavender Latte? The owner, Michael, reports that he makes the lavender simple syrup from scratch …And, I believe him, given the delightful floral scent and hints of sweetness in this frothy treat. Their BLT, made with (extra) tangy sourdough and (super) thick cut bacon hits the spot. Every. Single. Time. I love supporting locally owned businesses who are invested in making downtown Dallas a more dynamic neighborhood!
