My wife and I had a long layover and decided to pop into the city to grab a bite.
Parterre wasn’t the place we initially wanted to go but we happened upon this place and I’m SO GLAD we did.
It was a quiet Easter morning and the staff was so kind, courteous, and attentive to us. It felt like a family dinner. This staff was truly top notch.
I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte and the milk was perfectly textured with a well extracted espresso. We loved it so much we ordered another one to go!
I ordered the 50/50 wagyu burger. Delicious American wagyu, in a well constructed and very tasty burger. Fries were very crispy and well seasoned. A welcome and fresh take on this American classic.
My wife ordered the mahi-mahi tacos and they were flavorful filling with mango salsa cabbage slaw. Delicious tortillas.
They also have a phenomenal selection of local and lesser known spirits. I highly recommend popping in for a cocktail or to sip on their tequilas and whiskeys.
All around a great stop! And I look forward to coming back the next time I happen to be in Dallas.

Loved this place! Great pretzel bagel breakfast sandwich and fig goat cheese salad. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town!

I'll say this with all honesty: best burger I've ever had. A group of us went for lunch, and when I ordered it, I made this declaration to my colleagues. They all enjoyed their dishes, too, but were so intrigued by this burger that we went again for lunch the very next day. All five of them ordered the burger, and let's just say that they were all in agreement that it was certainly amongst the best they have had. It just had the perfect combination of cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, lettuce and aioli, yet you could still really taste the beef which was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Plus the hot and crispy fries were a great accompaniment.
That said, the next day I had the diner breakfast instead and it was excellent, too. Fantastic sourdough, perfect eggs, fresh avocado, the most evenly crisp bacon and a surprisingly bright strawberry jam to complement it all.
The atmosphere is bright and airy, and the high ceilings and glass walls make it really vibrant. It was decently busy, but the staff were attentive and friendly, which clearly shows because many of them seemed to be regulars. Next time I'm around I'll have to come back for drinks and more delicious food!

Bright and beautiful space with lovely design. The menu is well curated and the barista/bar staff really know what they are doing and are super friendly. This has become our new favorite brunch spot. Parking is also free for 2 hours!

The Vibe inside the place was lovely however I went to work and ordered a coffee it wasn’t prepared the way I would have liked it to be. The server was kind but quite busy and never gave me the wifi password so I couldn’t work.

We happened upon this place after leaving 1st Dallas Baptist and so glad we did! Specialized coffee drinks, killer French Toast, Chai Latte, and friendly staff! Skip the chain coffee place and stop by here for their Nitro Cold Brew!

Great experience, staff had a passion and love for cocktails and food. Walked in for a quick bite before leaving the city and ended up staying for a few hours. Road trip slightly delayed but well worth the trade off!

It was my first time going, because a coworker had purchased a waffle about 2 weeks ago.
First of all I saw the menu and it had a chicken and waffle item.
I only wanted a waffle..I asked the cashier if they had a single waffle available.
He said yes that it was $6 dollars in a rude way.
He made it sound like I didn't have $6 dollars. I told him that was fine.
It was almost 20 minutes,I asked the same person if he could check on my waffle.
He told me,Well you know it takes time to make it.
He went back and asked the cook, but never came back with an answers luckily the waffle came out and the batista gave me my waffle.
That was totally unprofessional.
Alot of our company's employees go eat there and order take out from there.
I will be one employee that will not return and make sure if any of my coworkers ever ask me about Parterre.I will tell them my experience.
I'll continue to give my $$ to 7/11

Was on a walk in downtown with my girlfriend looking for a coffee when we stumbled on this place. I ordered a dirty chai latte and my girlfriend ordered a Oat milk matcha latte sweetened with lavender syrup and wow!! The matcha latte was the best one we’ve ever had. The chai tea was also fantastic. Definitely adding this place to my favorites!

Absolutely insanely good coffee. Every single barista is a real pro and their commitment to quality is obvious if you get to know them a little bit.
I've probably had 300+ cups of coffee in this place and 99% of them were a 10/10. The one time the drip tasted off to me, the barista did a quality check and ended up remaking the whole batch.
Music is also great, the staff have great taste. Can't say enough good things.
I have never tried their food because it all has animal products in it. Definitely the one blight on my overall experience. I don't think it's too much to expect a few good vegan food options in 2023.
Plant milks for their drinks are not an upcharge though, and that is much appreciated.
