I had the opportunity to visit Otto's Coffee Shop in Dallas, and I have to say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. The coffee at Otto's was truly outstanding - I ordered a latte and it was expertly brewed, with the perfect amount of foam.
They also offered a wide range of milk alternatives for those who are lactose intolerant or prefer plant-based options. In addition to the delicious coffee, Otto's also had some amazing pastries and sandwiches. Overall, I would highly recommend Otto's Coffee Shop to anyone in the Dallas area. If you love great coffee and tasty treats, this is definitely a place you need to visit!

Very nice atmosphere where you can relax. Ordered a cardamom latte (decaf), it was so good π we also got their brownie which was not too sweet and the chocolate in the middle was so smooth. The custard cream on the top was so yum. Gotta try this !

Amazing pastries, decor, and selection of coffee concoctions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only watch out (and it's more for the Magnolia Hotel) is that due to the high volume of guests, valeting in relatively easy, but valeting out of the π’ can take some time. However, if you're just strolling about, you have nothing to worry about. A must-try β spot if you're in Downtown.

The first thing that gets you is the aroma of the place. The aroma tells you that this is for serious coffee drinkers. Irresistible! The staff was super friendly giving us advice on what to see and where to go in Dallas. Very cool place to sit, drink your beverage, and watch the world go by in downtown Dallas

Cafeteria workers are amazing, kind hard workers and they serve order fast, even when is a long line waiting.
Unfortunately, the hot chocolate is the worst I ever tasted. Itβs just water with something that we can not call chocolate. Is like getting a dirty chocolate cup and filling it with water. When you pay 5$ for 12z you expect more.

Good not great.. my sandwich was cold in the middle as if it had been frozen and warmed..π nice vibes, fresh plants, beautiful decor..

Love the interior and atmosphere. Downtown doesn't have too much of good coffee shops, so it's good to have this place. The wifi didn't work few times that I've been there, so it's more like grab & go or just to sit, not a place for work.

I ordered a cappuccino and almond croissant, $12 poorly spent. The croissant was abnormally hard, so I didn't even try it. The cappuccino is the smallest cappuccino ever (to be fair the barista told me it was only 8oz when I ordered). However, it tasted absolutely awful. The espresso was burnt badly. I normally drink dark robust blends so it wasn't that. It was burnt.

While staying at The Adolphus Hotel for a weekend getaway Ottos became our morning coffee stop. Serving the local Oak Cliff Roasters they offered a wide variety of coffee drinks. The vibe of the place matches the area of Downtown as well as fits well with itβs companion, The Adolphus. There is plenty of seating, both cozy and functional.
Along with their wide variety coffee drinks they offer and nice spread of breakfast sandwiches, quiches, waffles, etc.

Service was slightly stand-offish but the egg bacon cheddar sandwich was really bad, the cheese was hot melted to the bacon and egg but the underside of the egg was ice cold. I choked it down and left in a hurry
