I saw online that they had the best breakfast sandwich in the state. I have to agree. The staff is great and the food is better. Their cookies are amazing as well.

Sundays are for brunch, duh! Lol. Visited this place per recommendation and was not disappointed. You place your order at the counter, you're given a number, then you can grab what you need (silverware, napkins, condiments, e.t.c), seat yourself, and they'll bring your food to you, and beverage depending on what you ordered.

I ordered the veggie omelet with cheesy potatoes and biscuit along with a mimosa carafe for my sister and I. She ordered a veggie panini.

It was a beautiful day outside so we sat at one of the sidewalk tables and waited for our drinks and food.

First the mimosa carafe came, yay! Then our food arrived, yum! The mimosa was just right, it had a good amount of champagne in it but not too much to get you super buzzed. My food was delicious. The omelet was seasoned well and flavorful. The potatoes had a nice crisp to them and while I was skeptical of the biscuit because it looked dry, it was actually moist.

Definitely recommend this spot and I'm sure I'll be back.

Cute little spot. I originally thought this place was called crinkles and was going to specialize in French fries. Much to my surprise they do not sell any French fries, but their cheese covered potatoes were delicious! The turkey sandwich was bomb and the meatloaf sandwich was pretty good. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Every employee refused to even acknowledge me, the cashier spoke to everyone who came in before and after me and kept looking around me! People of color this is not a safe space! You will not be treated like everyone else and they couldn’t have cared less that I was just standing there. Save your money and spend it where you will be treated as a equal and not a animal.

Great breakfast spot find. It’s added to the rotation. The pancakes and the fresh baked good were the best.

This little brunch spot has plenty of seating and offers a full bar. However Grandpa’s Biscuit Sandwich was dry and lacking flavor. Even a bit more salt in the biscuit batter would have helped. I dipped my sandwich in my wife’s gravy which really helped add flavor. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to offer a side of gravy to the sandwich. I may visit again and try something different.

Very nice comfortable brunch spot. Visited twice during my week stay there in dallas and it was great both times. Definitely would recommend the mimosas. 👌

I went with the simple breakfast this time, it was well seasoned and just enough to get me full. One of the best Chai lattes I've had.
