Good local sandwich shop serving breakfast, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. Full bar. Friendly staff. Pictured is the spicy bacon ciabatta.

Staff was helpful in choosing what to eat, loved the suggestion.

Every time we come we’ve been able to find seating. The service is always so quick! Joe was so accommodating and deserves a raise for his good attitude!!!

I have come here now 3 times since. Phenomenal service and food. It’s like I’m sitting at my own kitchen table with the service especially. I will say the phone experience I originally got was nothing like the past few times I have called. The service staff is so family like it’s unreal. I do have to specially mention Antoinette with how she made us feel like we were at home both our first visit and second. The owner is also awesome with his family like service. I will definitely continue to come back and recommend anyone to come here. Come early because it gets busy but definitely worth the wait.

I recently went to pick up a Uber Eats order and decided to check them out...man oh man it was so good I went back twice this week and going again tomorrow morning the pancakes are 🔥🔥🔥

This is one of my favorite places when I visit Dallas, great food as well of customer service.

I've eaten breakfast at some of the top 10 Breakfast from Norma's to Mom and daughters ETC ETC, some of the top breakfast spots in Dallas, TX . And you can only eat at those places so much so I had to try something new and this was a Hit. The atmosphere and food was amazing. Must try place.

Great place for a quick breakfast or brunch. Well priced and friendly staff! Try the pie!
