WFM Coffee Bar

I like stopping by for good coffee and a delicious fresh pastry. The staff is usually very kind. The one MAJOR downside is that it's never properly staffed. Someone from another department has to run over and help me EVERY time and I often have to find someone and ask for service.

I don’t know why I thought it would be different for me, but true to a previous review, no one was in sight at the coffee bar; went to checkout area & the bagger first said that the hours are posted at the bar. I said yes, and it closes at 8pm. (She wasn’t rid of me so easily). She said to go back and wait. After several minutes I got my Americano but the register doesn’t work at the coffee bar, so I needed to go to the checkout. The coffee bar definitely doesn’t seem like a priority for anyone. Yikes—it’s back to the Starbucks down the street on Lemmon for me.

This location needs to fix their coffee bar hours. I walked up at 3:00PM on the dot and was completely ignored because the coffee bar was closed apparently. It was a major waste of my time, I stopped by there just for the coffee. It created a lot of unnecessary frustration in my day.

I like the coffee. I got the light roast.
