Visited Thursday wasn't the best. It's been a while since my last visit. Ordered the grandpa breakfast and potatoes were cold chesse didn't melt. I didn't bothered with a complaint.

Kind, friendly staff with delicious food options from sweet to savory! I appreciate the coffee and tea selection as well. Quick service, too! 11/10 would recommend to all.

I tried this place for the first time today and got the Peaches and cream waffle. It was amazing. The staff was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

My first time there today and I was very pleased! Amazing food, served very timely, great coffee options and the owners were there running the show with great smiles and service! The menu has plenty of options for everybody, including delicious vegetarian and vegan entrees. I'll definitely become a regular!

I very much appreciate the top notch service that this restaurant exhibited today. They brought me the "wrong omelet" but I had already scarfed the one they brought anyway because it was amazing. They still insisted on refunding my money although they did not have to. These people are also not judgmental as I was dressed fun. Love this place and will be back.

Spicy Bacon Ciabatta was fantastic. Bread very soft and flavorful. Bacon cooked perfectly. The tomato jam mellowed out the spice. Delicious sandwich all in all. Will be back to try other items soon!

Definitely the best coffee I’ve had in Dallas, and maybe the best coffee I’ve ever had anywhere. The staff are so kind and personable, the food is amazing, and you can get it at a good price, too. Love it here and would recommend any day!

Customer service is great. Biscuits are soft and their potatoes with cheese are tasty.

I came here and they were about to close in 5 min. They still delivered great customer service and delicious food!! Not many places better for breakfast! Come in and ask for Joe!!
