Summer Moon Coffee

I try to visit SM about once a week and they normally prepare my drink really well. It's those times when they don't and then I am not too pleased.
Upon payment they ask if you would like to tip, which I don't have a problem with tipping (AFTER MY ORDER IS CORRECT).
Had I not been watching them make my drink, it would have been incorrect, I would have left - being none the wiser - with the wrong drink and I had already tipped them.
Pay attention when they are making your drink - especially during busy times.

Visited this location three different times and the coffee isn’t on par with their other locations. My spouse and I were disappointed in the flavor our drinks and will probably not be visiting this location anymore. The service is slow because it appears they are understaffed. I felt bad for the 3 employees who had to handle the morning rush to include drive thru & online orders. I’m sure this has an impact on the quality of drinks they are producing.

So, just stopped in, got a dirty chai (chai with espresso, it's a decent measure of a coffee shop). Gotta say, not impressed. It's a fast serve coffee shop that's not even a step up from the near by Starbucks. Powdered chai, espresso shots pulled as fast as possible, no measuring, didn't even look like the grind had been dialed in, can't even taste the espresso in the drink. And a 12oz chai with double espresso should have a fairly strong coffee flavor. This just tastes like chai. Really the drink just came out ok, but I think the chai is hiding under extracted espresso. Nice atmosphere, maybe the drip is better, but I'm not impressed with their espresso and won't go back for any more.

The location is convenient with plenty of parking and a drive through. Lots of great coffees and teas. The Moon Chai is delicious. There is not enough seating, largely because there's mostly tables for 4 taken up by a single person.

While I am obsessed with Summermoon's Quarter Moon and their hand-pies - classic drinks are not that good (cappuccino, latte). I'm docking 2 stars for this location because this is the 3rd time they forget my food order or don't even start it. I would understand when they are busy but this has happened twice when they are slow.

Love the summer moon coffee here. I tipically order my coffee black in every single other place but this one, where I cannot resist a half moon or a dirty moon chai.

They have drive thru and curbside pickup which makes it extremely convenient.

I love this location. Not only does it have a drive-thru, but the staff have always been laid-back and helpful everytime I've visited. Plus, nothing beats any one of their Summer or Winter Moon drinks with four shots (always a welcome surge of caffeine for me).

First time here after several friends recommended giving it a try. So glad I did! I got the halfmoon coffee, strawberry wellness smoothie and one of their delicious empanada style breakfast bites. Whatever their moon milk is - it's delicious!

Staff are friendly enough, nothing exceptional. The coffee is pretty good. Seating is decent. 8/10. It's nice to have a Summer Moon close to home.
