Mojo Coffee

I really like their coffee but I go out of my way to see them because of their service. They are run by several young people. They are always very upbeat, conversational amd and smiling. They make you smile just talking to them. Other companies need to learn this lesson. Outstanding! Their coffee is really good, but their employees make them great.

The customer service here is unmatched. All the humans that work here are amazing and so so so so sweet, and they take me seriously when I tell them I'm diabetic and NEED to make sure my drink is sugar free. Today the barista left me a note on my coffee, and it made my day! This location in particular will always have my heart💕 thanks guys!

First time getting coffee at Mojo and I was very excited about it. It is a good place to grab a coffee in the morning and the staff is super friendly and nice.
I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe it is important to share what I observed. While I was waiting in line to get my order, I noticed that two staff members who were preparing the orders were petting a dog that was in the car in front of us. That dog was super friendly and kept licking the staff's hands. The time between when the front car drove away and when I received my order from the same staff was less than ten seconds. I'm not sure if they washed their hands before giving me my coffee, but I didn't drink that coffee because I'm allergic to pets. This is something I believe I should bring to their attention so that they can improve their services.

I come here weekly with my sons. The coffee is always delicious. The staff are the nicest on planet Earth. Our food is always yummy — Literally everything is great.

My only qualm is the STRAWS used for smoothies. Small smoothies are served with a huge, long straw and it makes it hard for my kiddos to drink. We’ve had several messes and had to stop getting them. And what’s a bit confusing, they have the straws that bend and would work perfect!! They’re just not allowed to give them out with small smoothie orders. I pay nearly $30 for this order. Is a straw that big of a cost so kiddos can enjoy?

Well, they broke my glass mug while they tried to rinse it out? It looks like straight glass. I'm not sure why they couldn't value my property more. Was pretty bummed. Because I don't like using the paper/plastic cups for health reasons. My mojo coffee by my house had used my mug plenty of times and never broke it. Then handed is back to me with dish water still in it. "Sorry about that" was used multiple times, I also loved it when I was handed the mug back with "it broke" like it was a cheap mug versus "We accidentally broke it" would have had more accountability. I'm not going back to this location

UPDATE: I emailed the mojo email on the website, and AUSTIN MOON, the owner and co-founder himself, is mailing me the same mug to my house, he responded within 24 hours and then was so kind and said he will let his shops know more about Double wall glass mugs and how they cannot use the commercial rinser. I am so shocked and excited to use my mug again with MOJO

Okay so I work right across the street from here and I only recently started coming but I wish I had tried it sooner. The coffees and specialty drinks are great and the prices beat the socks of Starbucks ! The people are always extremely friendly always wearing smiles . They also sell tacos from the truck next door starting at 7:00 am. But I will say I wish they would sell them at 5:30 because that’s the time I’m headed to work and I would love to get a taco with my coffe 🤣👏 thanks so much for making my mornings a little brighter

The staff here is almost entirely teens and they are literally the best teens in the Round Rock and greater Austin area. Sweet, attentive, personable young people who seem to truly enjoy their jobs. Pleasant and engaging. I even love their live streams. Oh yeah, the coffee is great too!
