Rocket Coffee ATX And Pastries

So excited to try this new coffee shop down the street from me - I’ve been waiting patiently as it opens! It’s delicious, if you love sugar and tons of syrup then you will need to ask for extra. Their normal for a 16oz latte is 1.5 pump of syrup and that is so nice compared to other places 4 pumps lol! Appreciate it, I always have to ask. They have sonic crushed ice as well which to me makes the drink 10x better!! Definitely will be in my coffee shops to frequent visit even after I move from being down the street. Reasonable prices and super friendly staff!!! Plenty of seating in and outside in the shade! 🙌🏻🤩

Really enjoyed my visit to Rocket Coffee. I'm usually not in that area of town. The muffins were a big hit, and the breakfast blend espresso was delicious. I believe it was Kelly who helped me. She was very nice and did a great job staying calm under pressure with it being busy, and it just being her in the shop. She even went out of her way to help me with a box for the muffins. If I'm up that way again, I'll be stopping by and definitely getting more coffee beans!

Pretty good nothing that would set them apart from the tons of other Austin coffee shops as far as taste.

The iced coffee I ordered was the star light , star bright sub oat milk 🌟 it didn’t have much flavor was more on the bland side but it’s nice the residents in the apartment complex where this is located now have a convenient coffee spot before the work rush.

They are super new so maybe over time that will change & I’ll re review. ☕️

*update - the Green Tea Lemonade is very good! Nice and refreshing.🍋

This coffee is Next Level! Delicious bagel, flavorful waffles: the texture has a slight cruch to it. Perfection! And clean, awesome setting! Dogs allowed on the patio! Pup cups available. Awesome staff! (Just be careful next to the tree because Poison oak lol)

Great new coffee shop in a much needed area! Ordered a latte which was on point. They clearly are focused on quality beans for their espresso and coffee. Love the rocket and space themed decor and menu. The space is clean and was a great place to hang out inside or outside. They did a great job here!

THE GOOD: My coffee was really good. I got a hot mocha with oat milk. The thing I liked the most was how they use a lot less sugar than other places. The barista was friendly. The menu is varied. And that patio is wonderful!

THE NOT-SO-GOOD: Not many places to plug your laptop in. The interior design was blah/bland and didn't really fit a place that serves 'artisinal' coffee, as they advertise.

I'll definitely go back. I'm open to adjusting my five star review if needed, but so far so good! I just won't go here if I need to do work with my laptop 😢

Delicious coffee! My friends and I came here and got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, an iced vanilla latte with soy milk, and an iced Star Light Star Bright with oat milk. All were fabulous, and very quick service! We are going to come back weekly. :)

Edited to add: the blueberry muffin is soft and fabulous!

Amazing coffee with customer service that was out of this world!

My first time in, I was greeted by Kelly. She was super helpful in assisting me in trying the andromeda, their rose matcha latte. It was a tough decision though! They had several Fall drink options, so I’ll have to come back to try that pumpkin spice latte soon!

I have finally found my favorite local coffee place! I work from home so I have made going to Rocket Coffee a few times a week a staple of my routine. I'm a huge fan of the Blast Off iced cold brew, but they also make a delicious cappuccino. I also appreciate that they do not oversweeten their mixed drinks and can make adjustments for dietary restrictions and personal preference.
I believe I have met the whole staff and they are all wonderful people. Nemo, Kelly and Jordan have all been incredibly nice, professional, and make excellent coffee and other drinks. The owner Sami is a really nice person and treats both the shop and his staff really well. I highly recommend checking this place out!

This place was recommended by sweet elderly man who works at the DMV and of course I went to check it out! Absolutely loved it! Tried their matcha rose latte which was delicious! Love the atmosphere and theres a patio area thats super cute!
