9/12/22 update - I wish businesses would take responsibility for having an off day or whatever the case may be, but dismissing paying customers will ultimately be the deciding factor on your survival. My BASIS and right to give a review is that I paid for goods that were subpar. Please don’t accuse me of conspiring with anyone else; you have NO base to do so. I do not know which “gentleman” you speak of, but I am responding based on my personal experience at your cafe. You can follow up with either of the two females or the male working on Sunday 9/9/22. I spoke to every one of them. My only fault is that I did not photograph the items in question. I won’t make that mistake again.

I wish your reply would have been more responsible. I would have gladly spoken to you about the situation but as you seem to have a predisposed opinion of me, I will leave my review as it is because it is the truth. Maybe I went with too high of expectations, but this was a huge let down. The breakfast croissant is already made up so you can’t change anything, and when it does come out the egg is clearly microwaved (mine was spectacularly overdone!) and the croissant dough is raw. As far as the ham on it, it was basically nonexistent but ended up being the only thing I ate off of it. The Nutella croissant was dry and the only redeeming quality was the Nutella.

I wish I had something pleasant to say but sometimes places get complacent or do not listen to suggestion. When I did bring up the issues with the ham, egg and cheese croissant, I was essentially shrugged off like I had no idea what I was talking about. I wish it had gone better and I most likely won’t waste my time (or money) coming back. Maybe I should have trusted the RR reviews but went out of the way because this location appeared to be superior on paper, but alas it was not.

I leave it to you to make your own decision. Maybe you’ll have better luck, but I wouldn’t expect much authenticity from this location sadly.

Service is VERY nice and friendly.

Edit: for most part staff is well trained. Newer or unfamiliar personal are wayyyyyyy less energetic and very passive over order fulfillment and satisfaction.

Wonderful coffee, warm & relaxing atmosphere. They also serve snacks, draft beer, and wine.

Best mocha ever! “All that jazz”. Great atmosphere too, very classic, clean, and hip. Also loved the costumer service.

Barista was fabulous in helping me figure what drink I should get. Very helpful! The iced latte is delicious, and was made quickly! Cool vibe inside, comfy chairs :)

We were visiting from Kansas, and the workers were very welcoming. We got three drinks, and all three were amazing! One of the best iced mochas I've had in a while.

It's good but having a few learning curve issues as a new opening, cafe in Cedar Park. Good luck and welcome to the area.

Nice friendly coffee shop without the big corporate feel. If you have a need to work they have outlets on the tables for your convenience. they have a variety of goodies if you need something to eat. The drink menu offers a full variety of drinks including specialty coffee and smoothies. Its a good place to meet and have a relaxing conversation with a cup of coffee or work or study.

Nice staff, cool place but the music is awful sounds like a rave and it’s a cafe. If you like that it’s for you but if you want to concentrate and relax def not the place. Also their drinks were watered down and croissant was not great esp for price. Could be a great setup but they’re not for a relaxed nice afternoon coffee unfortunately
