Black Sugar Caffe

Everything in my order (save for the mid at best biscuit sandwich) was nasty! My suspiciously brown “matcha” frappe had no ice and the syrup added tasted like cough medicine. Slimy boba. They gave me the wrong croissant (ordered ham and cheese) but to add insult to injury it was also gross, no flavor, rubbery egg, stale bread… I had hope for the marshmallow bar but they also gave me the wrong one. Still flavorless yet way too sweet. Took one bite of everything then tossed it. Even Starbucks couldn’t mess up this bad.

A little pricy but tasty. What adds the fifth star tho is customer service. We were greeted warmly and genuinely when we walked in, our order was brought to us freshly warmed and with a smile, and I truly felt they cared about our experience.
Everything is pretty and the small touches make it a good experience. Will definitely come again :)

I got the fudge attack frappe, my friend got a vanilla latte. (She works at Starbucks and agrees that it’s definitely better quality)

Also the tables are beautiful!

We went in here randomly on News Years day as most places are closed.

This place has an amazing clean, new, modern design the tables and metal pipe light art sculptures were all made by the manager(sorry I don't remember your name). So cool!

The menu of baked good are all made fresh day of and are super yummy.

We got a spinach feta croissant and the sausage egg and Bacon croissant.

They also have keto coffee😱 so good and creamy

They have some games to play as well so we chose the Lord of the rings risk and it seriously took us an hour to even try to set it up right. Unfortunately we finally got it set up and then they closed so we didn't even get to play.

We will be back.

I haven't been in the store yet, but I cannot wait to have the opportunity of trying in personally. On Dec 21st, I decided to contact them to request a delivery to cheer up my mom, who lives a few blocks from then (while I live over a thousand miles from them). Judy treated me like I was her closest friend and sent an assortment of delicious options. She even took the time to text me later, asking how my mom liked the surprise. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their customer service, which indeed goes above and beyond.

Great atmosphere, plenty of seating, built in outlets mid tables for working/studying alone or in groups, board games available, the "All that Jazz" hazelnut mocha was good, a bunch of different pastries and treats (will have to try next time), and a variety of other beverages available. My new work spot for sure.

Very nice atmosphere. Service was amazing and everything was delicious. I ordered a London fog and cherry Danish. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the tea was waaaaay too hot.

Really good coffee shop. Always good coffee and friendly people. Today I also found out they have Thai tea and boba!

Been coming here since I moved closer to Cedar Park, roughly 2 years. I have never worked there, and now, will never work there. Yet, I’ve been told by a manager at this location, twice now, that other customers have complained about ME. I may be loud, and occasionally use some words that may not be appropriate for all audiences, but that doesn’t mean I’m a bad person. I was a regular, but you can scratch this place off of my daily list.

I have a long waited at to go to Black Sugar Caffe and I am so excited that I stopped by today. I received a treat with the host as well as the other employees. The host was decked out in his most fashionable Halloween costume.(see pics) AND, I am trying the Creme Brulee coffee and it is phenomenal. A must try...Halloween2017

very delicious coffee, and they have gf options! the baristas were very kind. the atmosphere was also very cute. will come again!
