Black Sugar Caffe

Nice coffee, in a relaxed environment. Games for families and friends to play, and some nice cake, pastries, cookies etc. Would love to see some more substantial food on the menu. Staff are welcoming and service is quick. My pastry was served on a piece if slate, which meant crumbs and flakes were everywhere. As someone who doesnt want to leave a mess for staff, i would prefer a plate.

Love the spaciousness and the ambience for a local coffee shop, the empanada and chai could use some refinement. The empanada tasted few days old, frozen, thawed in rush, and overall lackluster. It was my first time here, would give it a try again for a better experience.

Visiting friend in CPTX. Starbucks is overrated. I was excited to have coffee options. I won't go back again to Black Sugar. The girl behind the counter made fun of my English.

Very cozy atmosphere and quiet (some tables had plug points too).
Service was good and the coffee was great - little on the less bolder side but still delicious. The breakfast burrito was loaded and good.

What a cool place! Went here when visiting on the recommendation from a friend. Got the cloud puff latte and it was awesome! Like cotton candy and coffee had a baby! Definitely worth going for that experience alone. Will be back for sure.

Our family has been coming here for coffee and drinks for 3 years. Great priority selections. 99.9% of the time they will get my coffee right. I enjoy the comfortable sofa chairs, some of them even have the built-in foot rest. There are a couple of big bar-high tables with many outlet charges, as well as some smaller tables as well. There are tons of games you can play while enjoying your drinks. The staff are always friendly and patient. Their food selections are pretty tasty as well. The only thing I wish for would be a bit larger and better outdoor sitting area.

Great place to study or write. Coffee service is exactly to order. Food choices are a bit limited but there’s something for most people’s taste.

Warm and welcoming ambiance paired with great customer service. Their cups of coffee are huge and it was decently priced. I also ordered the coffee cake and it was wonderful. It’s obvious that the owners and employees take the time to do the “little things” and it really makes a difference. I had a great experience here and I will definitely be going back. Thank you!!

So after view the website menu, we were sold. Made this our date night. Asked for crab cakes, chicken wings and 2 chicken satays and pancakes. Guess what...they no longer had it. Well take it off your menu....also out of sliders. So we took tea and doughnuts home. Sad,!

Loved this place!! I was looking for a quaint little place to meet with a girlfriend to chat and found this place on maps. Am I glad I did!! I was completely caught off guard with how awesome this place was!! An amazing beer and wine selection, a great, but small menu if food, and an awesome array of macaroons and other naked cafe type goodies. The drinks were awesome, to boot!! The staff was wonderful! They have karaoke, game nights, and all sorts of other little things. I will absolutely be going back!!!
