Wow! Top notch place! Best coffee in town, not even close! And the pastries... incredible. Great seating and vibes!

Great coffee, great staff, the coolest goods/clothes/accessories to longingly stare at while you wait for your coffee, sweet dogs to pet - what's not to love about Mescalito?! This is the type of store that makes you want to completely redecorate your home, so props to the curators. Rain or shine, I get their cold brew. I appreciate the variety of syrups (honey cinnamon is my fave) and milk alternatives :) Definitely a must-try if you're stopping through or live in Brenham.

Located along W. Alamo Street within Brenham's historic downtown district, Mescalito is a special spot to enjoy coffee & tea while browsing interesting Texas chic gifts & apparel. My family and I wandered in one HOT Texas day after brunch to grab a cold brew and two sweet and handsome dogs met us at the door! With a very warm hello from the pups we proceeded to the back to order drinks. It was really busy that day and only one person was taking orders and making coffee. We didn't mind the wait as we were able to browse their products. I ordered a cold brew with milk and chocolate syrup--it was really good. It was great to find a place that was open on a Sunday. Most of the nearby businesses were closed.

The perfect small town shop with an amazing gourmet quality coffee bar and an attached boutique. The syrups they use are the best I've ever had and the flavor combinations are on par with craft cocktails. Try something new and you won't be disappointed. The two birddog shop friends are always happy to see you while you find beautiful southwest silver jewelry, clothing, shoes, hats and one of a kind pieces. They even have pop ups in back including a barber! You can't come to Brenham without making a coffee stop here!

Best espresso and lattes anywhere! My husband and I are (I admit it) coffee snobs and feel so lucky to have Mescalito to go to. the barista is so friendly and service is excellent. The bonus is that it's located in Ballad of the Bird Dog shop which is full of fascinating things to browse while drinking that cup of coffee. Located in historic downtown Brenham, a great place to stroll with coffee in hand as well.

Saw their milkshake on Instagram and wanted to try it. Got the honey cinnamon milkshake. Super delicious.

I have become a giant fan. Everything I've tried on their menu is super delicious and customer service is awesome. Definitely my new coffee spot.

I LOVE this store. After weeks of searching for espresso in Brenham, tada! So happy to find this place! Delicious coffee, with lovely flavorings and blends, and lots of non-dairy milks. Beautiful handmade jewelry lines, soaps and skin care items, oils. I LOVE my two rainbow sweaters from here, sugar high + love stoned. Gorgeous. Lots of great sales, wonderful people working there and two lovely dogs. There's so much more! My little daughter loved this place and made us go there every day almost during our stay in Brenham.

I was in town for work and needed a place to work and grab some coffee for a bit. I randomly stumbled upon this super cool store. So glad I did. Laura was absolutely phenomenal, made me a great matcha. I loved everything about this place. The drinks the snacks and the goods I purchased. Soooo glad I came across it

This is the best coffee spot in the Brenham area. They're sourcing some of the best coffee beans available and can make pretty much any drink. It's also a bonus that you get to shop the best store in the city while you wait or sip!
