Coffee Dog

Good coffee but they charged me $0.65 for heavy cream. Thought that was silly but some will find me complaining about $0.65 silly. Oh well. Had the Pastrami Panni with corned beef as they were out of Pastrami but it was really good. I'd definitely go back.

Coffee was good. Muffin was good too.
But, I question the customer service. Another customer asked a question about the Zombie Defense Roast. The barista says in an *obnoxious* virtue signaling tone, "I don't know. I don't drink coffee." It took all I had to not reply, "Lady, he didn't ask about YOU. He asked about the COFFEE. You know, the stuff you sell? One would think, as the barista, you would have some knowledge about the different brews/roasts sold in your store."

When we walked in, we almost had to get one of everything because it looked so amazing. And it was! We have leftovers for tomorrow! They have hefty breakfast items with egg and sweet and savory baked goods. The mocha was also fabulous!

We live going to Coffee Dog when we visit Bastrop, they have good food and drinks. They had no problems making my husband the custom drink he wanted and it turned out perfect.

Great place, I come here often for their "Dog Pound Burrito". Great and kind service, I always tip! Though occasionally they have a new hire that doesn't seem to enjoy working there. All in all I love this place and you will too. Wi-Fi works pretty well and they are much faster to get your order than Starbucks. Unless you go in the drive through, expect to wait a little bit, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Wonderful customer service and the BEST cinnamon rolls - huge, not too much icing, perfect balance of cinnamon and sugar, and real icing - not the rock hard sugar/water mixture that's so common. Great little, local shop.

Nice, pretty place

I grabbed a large caramel iced coffee - delicious! Not to sweet, perfect flavor. Can’t wait to come back when I’m in town. :) Friendly staff, too!

great staff, great menu. we were here for a week on vacation & came everyday for breakfast & it was always good.

Great coffee made to please the pallet for sure and the sweet rolls were tje same size as the plates. That was not a small plate either! Two thumbs up from Cindylu
