Coffee Dog

The staff was very kind and patient, It was my first time here visiting and had no idea what to expect. The young lady at the counter was very informative of the menu and suggested the cilantro chicken sandwich. I ended up also ordering a coffee with my sandwich. The food came out in a timely mannered, and the sandwich was perfectly warmed up. The plate came with lays chips as a side and the coffee was delicious. I love the atmosphere and how comfortable it felt to dine in here. Will be back soon.I added the hours of business, and some photos to help you decide on your next food destination.

A Lovely little coffee shop! It's a perfect place to have a date, meeting, or just a little coffee alone time. Their coffee was pretty good! It wasn't too strong, but you can add more shots to make it stronger if needed. They are the only place I've found in town that has so many sugar free syrup options, I really appreciate that. Definitely check it out.

I love the Coffee Dog in Bastrop. Their coffee is great and I actually prefer it to a more commercialized coffee chain down the road.

While the food they have there is good, I'm not a huge fan of some of their muffins (it is literally just a personal preference for me regarding this and doesn't mean they have bad food at all, in fact, I like their breakfast tacos).

The staff is always friendly and I love their house roasted coffees.

If you want a full scale coffee shop in a hometown environment, then definitely stop by the Coffee Dog!

Mediocre breakfast food and not so good coffee. It was very watery and bitter even though we ordered breves.

Not sure if this was a random thing? Looks like and tasted like they cleaned the grill from the night before with my food. Wasn’t even edible with globs of hot sauce. Only reason I didn’t give a 1 start is because I’ve had half way decent food here in the past.

We found this local coffee shop while driving around so we stopped in. We were kindly served by the staff, they answered our questions well and without making us feel stupid. Our food was served fresh and the coffee was delicious! Did I mention they are very reasonably priced?! They also have a drive thru. Definitely recommend stopping in for coffee, breakfast or lunch!

Best coffee/breakfast spot In town!Staff is always super friendly and the food is always delicious!My favorites are their mouth watering homemade cinnamon rolls, the veggies wrap(add extra dressing),and their breakfast tacos are sooo good!I definitely recommend the dog pound! It fills me up for the day!

We decided to stop by this morning first time. Let’s start with the cleanliness the bathroom was not clean . They have an over flow of storage by the front door .
The food came before our drinks and it was so disappointing. Frozen& slapped together. Now the coffee…. Iced vanilla latte tasted like pure milk no vanilla, no coffee. The mocha was was worse than chewing ground beans that already been used. We left one bite of food one sip of coffee we left .

I love coffee dog! Is a very classic place , Cappuccino and the strawberry smoothies are my favorite always! ❤️🥰✨
