Great coffee shop downtown that is pet friendly! We stopped in to get some coffee for the road and it was very good! Neat place with a second level and everything. We didn’t even explore it all! We tried a house coffee and an iced latte. Our pup was very excited about his little treat of whipped cream!

Very cute and industrial atmosphere. Felt super inclusive and had cute tote bags and candles for sell. I got a vanilla lavender latte and like nothing was better

I always order my go-to drink (Honey Latte with Oat milk), and every time they nail it!!! A great place to have a meeting, get some work done, or just relax. One of my favorite coffee shops in DFW ☕👍

Become a coffee and tea loyalist and only go to Inclusion!! Support small businesses. They are pet friendly and very human friendly.
The Homespun latte and the green pomegranate tea are to die for!! We haven't tried their tacos, yet, but there is always next time because we will be back!

Great place to have table talk, the windows let in a beautiful amount of light. They have a conference room area & many conversational areas! My barista this afternoon was full of smiles and I loved watching my latte get made at the little bar next to them. They had vegan tacos today and they are really good. Everyone here is very polite. Thank you for having us!

Perhaps today was on off-day for the baristas on shift, but I was not impressed. Let me set the scene for you and you can decide how YOU would feel with this interaction for a first impression.
It was my turn to order my drink, as I’m speaking another barista takes her apron off and starts walking away as she says she is “not feeling it and leaving.” Meantime the whole conversation with the guy taking my order was grim and monotoned except when he said they were out of whipped cream which he said with a slight grin. I told him it was ok, I’d still like to order the Milk & Cookies Cappuccino regardless. Along with my cappuccino, I ordered the marshmallow fudge which was actually delicious! It is also the reason I didn’t deduct more stars.
Back to my drink order, it took a good ten minutes to be made and I’m not complaining about that fact. Quality coffee drinks do take a bit longer, I understand. Plus there was only one lady actually making all of the drinks. Still, understandable. I realize not every person that mans the counter knows how to make a cup of fancy Joe. When I received my cappuccino I was surprised at the small size and even double checked that it was mine. I didn’t tell the barista I wanted a small, he didn’t even ask what size I wanted for that matter. I have included a picture, the cup is only as big as the hand cozy!! Perhaps that’s just the size you get with a cappuccino that costs $4.25?
Anyway, parking is not terrible. There are spaces in front and beside but you have park backwards, thankfully I love parking backwards. Otherwise you’re backing into oncoming traffic and there’s no way to see around other vehicles. So please, obey the signs and back into your spot or else find somewhere safer.
In conclusion, I highly doubt I will return. There are many other coffee shops that excel in what today’s experience lacked. Perhaps Inclusion should hire new staff that actually are motivated to be at work.

UTA Inclusion Coffee Jazz Jam nights are my FAVORITE! Please keep them up.
This establishment is HUGE for a café type place. It has a nice casual feeling and I really enjoy the atmosphere created by their decor. Their wifi is so good that it definitely attracts customers from open till close, seeing as there are always people studying or getting work done on their devices here; outlets are also everywhere here for customer to use on their devices.
Ordered a hot jasmine tea and I was happy to see that they had some gluten free options, like the pumpkin loaf slice! Both items were a bit too sweet for my taste though.
They have conference rooms on both floors, and speaking of the second floor, it's a comfy upstairs area, which might actually bigger than the first floor. Sometimes, they host random jazz band nights out infront too, it's quite enjoyable to listen to them performing on the street. I have also seen them host random events in doors aswell. Sometimes staff and patrons sing to the music, which is mostly pop from multiple eras, it's just a cheery place overall.
I think I will be coming back.

I love the plants all around and the giant windows for great natural light. This is the perfect study spot or coffee date with a friend spot. Their drinks are all delicious and the baristas are very friendly. They also provide vegan and or gluten free pastry items.

The shop is nice, spacious and provides wifi. I can't speak to all of the products here, as one who only orders a mocha and only every once in a while. My mocha was unexceptional, the chocolatey nutty flavor i expected was more a sweet milk with coffee flavour. At $6 the price sits a little high which is fine if the quality was there but it seems to be lacking, if you want a place to hang out and chill this is a fine establishment. If you want coffee and you want it prepared well, you might as well just go to starbucks.

This place has everything. It's huge, first of all, but has a small coffee shop feel. You never find yourself waiting for seating. The owner and managers are amazing people. The workers are professional, and best of all, their products taste and smell great. Drop the SB and head local!
