Absolutely insanely good coffee, and a welcoming environment with friendly staff. I would recommend anyone go here even if you dont like coffee. The vietnamese iced coffee is what I reccomend as it's a very strong brew sweetened to creamy perfection.

Love the coffee, the baristas are friendly, and the shop is really open! Great place to study, meet with friends.

Kaitlin did such a great job taking care of me even if I wasn't in the cafe for all that long. Loved her energy and loved the drinks that they had. Great atmosphere as well!

I have been living in north Arlington 8 years now and do not venture downtown as much as I did when I was a student at UTA. Arlington has done so well with their downtown area, and Inclusion Coffee is a great spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. It is very spacious, two levels. I personally used it to get out if the house and get some work done. So glad I stopped here rather than a Starbucks. They do have sugar-free flavors too for us that have been conformed to adding flavors to our coffee :) Highly recommend and grab a sweater or jacket, it is pretty chilly inside. Oh, love that it is dog friendly!

The coffee was awesome. The environment was awesome. Love that you can bring pups. But dang that customer service left something to be desired. The girl at the front acted so annoyed we were there. I tried to have small talk and she simply replied with hm. We said thank you as we left and she just rolled her eyes. I’ve never felt so unwelcome somewhere

I love this place it’s near my house the coffee is good and I try to go before work normally when I have about 30 minutes to spare. Recently when I go with 15 to 30 minutes before I have to go to work I’m either leaving in a rush or with barely enough time left. Parking is kinda hard to find on a busy day but not impossible. But I think they seemed to be under staffed! A few days ago I went and it was only two people working at the coffee bar. The man who took my order didn’t really seem happy to be there and he forgot to get me my pastries and I had to wait about 10 minutes after I got my coffee to get them. At one point the person making the coffee left for about 5 minutes while the man at the register just stood there doing nothing, I don’t know if he was training or not. I really love this place but they need more staff because I was about to leave without anything considering I had to be at work on time.

I came here for the first time as I friend suggested it, telling me how cool was this place. And she was right. Love the ambiant, love the people. Lots of students. And it’s like a starbucks but better with more space, more modern. And food is great. Great place to chill.

Awesome bar service and friendly staff. The atmosphere is well suited for getting work done or meeting a friend for a midday coffee. I ordered the cold brew and it didn’t disappoint.
