One of the best coffees I’ve had! We will be back!! Friendly staff and quick service! This is the blended carmalicious!

Customer care needs work. I got an iced coffee with whipped cream. Told them 3 times to add whipped cream. Got coffee with NO whipped cream. Then I had to pay more money for their mistake. They did get in touch with me, but insisted I go to the store to speak with them. I work long hours outside. Thus. Why I need my coffee. I just did not have time or energy for that. Don't know why they couldn't just call me. Anyway, was considering giving them my business everyday. But after that I'm going to stick to Starbucks! Better coffee with same price.

Website indicates the business is open till 9pm on Sunday. Made a special trip at 755 pm and the business was closed with no lights on. Up date your hours so I don't waste my gas. Two weeks ago they couldn't make change for a one hundred dollar bill and told me they would keep the coffee warm while I went to get change. Time to tighten up.

Best coffee and service! We live in niota and I used to be a Dunkin donuts girl. Until there service and coffee started to go down hill. I got coupons in the mail for scooters in Sweetwater and found out it's the same distance as Dunkin donuts. We gave it a try and the service was quick and amazing the ladies at the drive thru were so professional and helpful since it was our first time there and we got the blended Carmel and wow it was amazing I now have converted over. Try them out for the same price at Dunkin but with better coffee and kinder service! Also they send coupons as well you won't regret it!

We ordered a sugar free mocha over ice with almond milk and the pot o' gold over ice, and I have to say that I was impressed. Good coffee, friendly service, and they're the open much later than the other coffee shop in town. Will definitely come back.

Friendly staff, great service. Prices seemed high, but in general they run comparable to most coffee shop prices! Definitely will visit again when I'm in the area!

Above and beyond customer service by the employees even though they were young you wouldn't know it by the professionalism even teaching me back knowledge on your product as in it is made being using another local product on top of being here to provide local jobs and commodities to the community you also use another local communities products ice instead of ice or plain old milk you guys use Mayfield ice cream I was informed unlike McDonald's where I used to get my mocha frappes which I will not do again and have not sensed I probably went 10 times before I got the reward system and then decided to get it because I also use at McDonald's and both of them are excellent and rewarding me had my first free coffee today and as usual customer service is above and beyond anybody else in town a nice breath of fresh air that you Don't see much anymore especially with younger employees matches the quality of your coffee and food definitely above five star but that's the highest I can give you on Google thank you for helping make Sweetwater better place to live!!!!

My husband & I were passing through on our way to a wedding in NC at the end of March. I can’t even begin to tell you how thrilled I was to see your Scooters! I’m a Nebraska transplant to Tennessee so have been a fan of Scooters since you first opened in Omaha. When we pulled up, I asked about cold brew flavors and the very friendly girl taking orders went over some of the available flavors and also mentioned that I could create my own. Given the fact that we weren’t too far from St Patty’s Day, I asked if they could make a chocolate mint one - they did and it was DELICIOUS! You can see it in my attached photo. The staff there were all very friendly. My youngest attends UT-Knoxville so I’ll make a special trip to re-visit your Sweetwater location. Welcome to Tennessee, Scooters!
