Employees were very rude when I went in to ask where U haul office was. They would help me eventhough it was just next door but I didn't know it and they wouldn't tell me. So much for southern hostility.

9 out of 10! All I can say is the Food is good, the coffees are amazing, and the Ice cream makes me melt! The staff is so outgoing and sweet always making you feel like home and important. We would stop daily for this place and its staff!!! Please try them out but remember they are NOT fast food they ARE great food and drinks!!!

Every time we go to Tennessee to visit we HAVE to stop at Lem's for a honey vanilla soft serve cone. Nothing like it. Yum!!

We pulled in yesterday thinking we were at a typical gas station, so I stayed in the car while my boyfriend went in to grab a drink. When he returned, he surprised me with an Oreo milkshake. It was absolutely amazing. He had to return that way again today, so he got a burger to go & said it was pretty great. We'll definitely be making this a regular stop when we're in the area.

I can't see say a bad thing about this location. The staff is always super friendly & personable. The food is delicious. I'm addicted to their frappé! Personally I believe their coffees are better than Starbucks. I've been recommending them to all my friends & several other people I see drinking Starbucks. Keep up the awesome service guys!

Great iced coffee ☕ just need thicker cups for there iced coffee

I love this place it has always been my favorite place to get coffee and I don't mind paying the price because I'm supporting a local business but there is a dark headed women working there that is never kind. I was dead set on not coming back after she was rude to me and my daughters but my husband wanted to stop. He got to see how she acts today and decided not to go back anymore.

My first visit I got a peanut butter iced latte. The young man made it perfect! He was friendly and efficient. My next visit I got same drink bit added a hamburger. The burger was a generic frozen warmed up patty. The lady making the burger was too busy talking and ignored my preferences on what to not put on it or how I liked it. Third visit, same latte order but at drive thru. The rude lady made this coffee drink this time. It was not correct at all. A giant glob of peanut butter, about 1/4 the cup at the bottom and the rest practically milk. Tasted no coffee or could see any. Shame, because the other staff members are friendly and actually proficient baristas. I am hesitant to go back out of fear that this rude, loud, obnoxious and incompetent woman will be working and if she is... it's a waste of money.

Staff is super friendly, food is good, and comes out quick.They have unique icecream flavors which I thought was pretty cool and it's always super clean inside.

Handmade icecream, huge portions, nice lady. Clean bathroom.
