It can be hard to eat healthy on long motorcycle rides, and local restaurants can be hit or miss. We hit the JACKPOT with Donna’s Old Town Cafe. Don’t get me wrong, there were so many tempting things on the menu, amazing desserts, and true home style cooking that could break the strongest willpower. We get so lucky that they offered some low-carb and lean options among the variety of incredible things we saw pass our table.
I had literally the BEST veggie omelette of my life here; the chef put the kitchen sink of veggies in it and they just were delicious. Thank you, Donna’s for taking care of your locals and being such a delightful stop for travelers, too!

Omg, we wasnt ready!! So stopped here because the patio is closed on Monday and I was bringing my parents to eat. First time here and might I say-- everything we ate was delicious. Dessert was awesome; a gem in this town. A place worth traveling to eat at....

Hello everybody! I went to this place with co-workers for a Christmas "thank you" breakfast hosted by THE BOSS. We all had the buffet, which was well stocked with good stuff.
It's been a while since I've done a review, so let me explain some things. As you see, I only posted two photos with a much neglected subject matter, the restrooms. I don't talk about the food or servers much because that's about all everyone else talks about. I wander around looking into courners and under things. That being said, let's move on. The place is very clean. Every corner I looked into, every table I peeked under was clean. I liked that.
The restrooms are different from the norm. The restroom door has a male & female silhouette. I was expecting a room with a toilet and sink, your typical unisex restroom. Instead, I found a narrow space with a sink at one end and a paper towel dispenser at the other with two doors; one for men, one for women. The doors were propped open. I'm guessing that was done to allow quicker drying after moping. Being retired military, I see no problem here. However, I do know some folks who would not go in. Who knows what this building was used for originally, and I'm sure someone did the best that could be done.
Guess that's about it. Stop in some time, I know you'll love it! Bye.

Excellent Service!! Went on Saturday night. $14 buffet with large fried chicken breast, steak and the best fried catfish ever! Even brought us a chocolate dessert that wasn't on buffet. Kids buffet was cheaper than a happy meal.

This is truly a hidden gem. It look small from he outside but it is large inside. The food was outstanding. I did not try the buffet. I ordered on the menu and off menu a bit and let me tell you it was perfect. Ask them for fried pickle spears they will do it and they were delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Always friendly staff, very clean, Melissa came around with fresh hot green tomatoes delicious, I also like how it's a family business that don't care to work just like the payed staff. They constantly put out fresh food on the hot bar. The salad bar was fresh not alot of choices. If your around Donna's and hungry stop & support a small family owned business

This is my third visit here. First time was for dinner in October 2022. Second time was breakfast in December 2022. Now back for breakfast on January 31st 2023. All experiences were awesome. Very friendly people and great service. Lauren was my server today and she was fantastic. They do such a great job with their buffet bar. It's always well stocked with fresh food. Great selections. I live in Spartanburg, SC and it's very much worth the drive. Looking forward to bringing friends in soon from NC. I absolutely love family owned restaurants like this wonderful restaurant. Thanks so much to all of the staff for another wonderful experience.

My Brother and I have breakfast at the buffet every Wednesday. The wife and I have been there for lunch several times, I go for the buffet, my wife likes their menu. Donna’s is also a place we take our out off town guest for lunch. If your looking for a great meal, with great friendly service you can’t go wrong here. Whether it’s the buffet, or off of their menu don’t pass it up.
