Donna's Old Town Cafe

If you like bland southern comfort food with a side of Jesus (aka a priest yelling Jesus sermons on the speakers) then this is the place for you. Not to mention it took out server a long time to bring our waters. Also the staff didn’t allow us to get our food while they switched the lunch buffet items for the breakfast food.

This place is a 10 star. The restaurant, the staff, THE FOOD are all EXCELLENT! Wish we could eat there every day! It was my husband’s birthday! They sang happy birthday and presented him with a homemade chocolate lava cake with ice cream. It was fabulous! We live in Chattanooga and cannot wait to return!!

Fantastic breakfast buffet, wonderful friendly staff.

Nice quiet place, awesome food, the fried chicken was so juicy and tender. Everything is made from scratch. They had a buttermilk pie that was her grandmothers recipe, yummmm, paired it with a cup of Black rifle coffee, yep, I'll definitely go back.

Great little gem. Large portion , friendly staff. We were sit on the 2nd floor..i would probably recommend the 1st floor for the local atmosphere.

The first time I ever came here I had the beat chicken salad sandwich of my life! I was really excited to stop here in the way back from a camping trip after a hike to get another. However, the second one was so bad- and they skipped me on the amount (comparatively). Overall, not very consistent but the chicken salad sandwich is too good when its best done.

Breakfast was very tasty. We opted not to do the buffet, and my wife had the ham and cheese omelet and I the Philly steak omelet. Both were excellent! And if something isn't on the menu, just ask... they accommodated my request to add hashbrowns. :) Super friendly staff is a nice treat too!

Good food and pleasant atmosphere. You can choose between the buffet or just ordering off the menu. Nice restaurant to stop at it while traveling through Madisonville. Very close to HWY 411.

Dinner Buffet was very good. I love the Mom and Pop style super friendly atmosphere. Very one is so nice and politely checking on use or just stopping by our table to say hi. Keep up the great work and never change.
