Food is good, but they close earlier than they say. Not really good business if you say you close at 2 and close at 1:29 some people take a late lunch. And if you close at 2, you should be excepting customers till at least 1:50. Definitely need to work on that.

Waitress was rude Locked doors at 1:20 PM. Don't close until 2:00 but made it very clear they were upset we came in at 1:15 PM. WONT BE BACK. Surprised they are still open with that service.

When Pope's first reopened the burgers were not very good, but now they have a new cook and the burgers are just as amazing as before.

Best burgers around! Their meat and 3 looked good, as did the mountainous merangue pies. If you want a real, old-fashioned burger, this is the place to go!! It is a small, friendly, hometown place straight out of your childhood.

We've eaten at Pope's for breakfast numerous times and we love it. Today we had lunch there and I highly recommend the Bacon Cheeseburgers. They were thick and juicy, cooked perfectly to order and awesome. A nice little place to enjoy lunch
