Love these small town mom and pop restaurants! Delicious ham and cheese omelets and biscuits and gravy!! Excellent service!

The food was very good. Everyone there is friendly and available. I tried Green Tomato Pie for the first time, and it was very good! I love a small town cafe and shall return!

Pope's Cafe is an eclectic gem in the Shelbyville downtown square. The business is family owned and take cares for their town through their acts of service in the food industry. I purchased breakfast sandwiches to go. They were delicious and they were made fresh to order. When I am back in Shelbyville this Cafe will be a must stop.

The best juiciest hamburger, you can tell it was homemade, I am gluten free and they didn't have anything so they placed a special order just for me and the cook made it how good is that!!👍 Plan on going back 😁

Food was great! The cook was awesome came out and chatted with us and tried some sauces they made up! Definitely would come back when visiting again!
