I don’t usually leave reviews, but last night my family I came through Krispy Kreme (which is currently drive thru only) to find that the line was wrapped around the building. From what I could gather, some crazy woman refused to leave the drive thru, so the poor workers were having to run outside to each car in 40 degree weather to take our orders and get them back to us. Friendly, fast, and courteous, these workers were truly amazing, and provided exceptional service even during these insane circumstances. One boy calmly and kindly apologized for what was happening, and asked if he could take my order. When I asked him questions about the donuts, he even pulled out his phone and showed me pictures of the special donuts so that I would know what they were. Eventually, the police came and got the psycho to move out of the drive thru, and when I came to the window one worker apologized to me again. I told him that this was not their fault, and that they handled the situation extremely well. Great staff here at Krispy Kreme, who made sure that I had a good experience at their store, even during a cluster like last night.

The store opens at 6am. The employees inside literally walked past me at the drive through window from 6am until 6:15am, then put down whatever they were eating and came to the window. I guess customer service is a thing of the past.

Your lobby is closed okay put a sign up at the entrance so people stop pulling in and back out to the drive through. Bad management.

Need new management...looks like a bunch of untrained high schoolers on their phones no gloves worn in sight, no fresh original Doghnuts available at all, about four sprinkle hard doughnuts in display that should be thrown away. No one knows what to do. Could have made a lot of money today. Customers walking in and out because nothing was available. This place was just built, this place will be out of business really soon if it keeps the same behavior of un-organization. Train your workers and they will surely follow. Huntsville Alabama location is and still is the best!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30, only thing available was plain glazed with no intent on having more variety that day. Disappointing.

Went to go order on the app to try and avoid the drive through. Only after reading on reviews that it is NOT dine-in or order ahead, which is a huge issue around m’boro at every restaurant due to lack of full staffing, did I understand the issue with ‘no doughnuts are available but we’re making more’ on the app.
It also made me choose not to drive through the line because I honestly thought they were out. Then then hours between the app, Google, and Yelp are all different.
Don’t know if it is a lack of franchise support, another franchise owner not really caring in our town, but, I am almost positive it’s not the folks inside. I had these in MI and OH 20 years ago. They were wonderful then. Grabbing a couple of boxes from Kroger and employing the microwave, 15 seconds.

Closed at 9:40 20 minutes before closing per posted hours open till 10:00. 4 employees out back next to drive through sign smoking cigarettes
