Krispy Kreme

I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in forever. Today I went and got a dozen assorted doughnuts and the team member that assisted me was amazing. His name is Vern and I feel he went above and beyond and was very polite. I feel he is an asset to your company and my doughnuts were amazing . I will definitely return to this location in the future.

doughnuts have gotten smaller but the price has gotten higher. 6 doughnuts were almost $12. yikes,

If could give this location less than 1 star I would. My husband & I have came to this location on 5 different occasions with the Hot Donut sign on, only to be told that there are no hot donuts. When asked when will they be make some more hot donuts they say do not know. The management & the crew do not seem to care. My husband & I stayed and talked to several customers. Everything here is terrible, the landscaping, the parking lot is dirty, and the young employees who work here have bad attitudes. I remembered a time when Krispy Kreme took pride in their donuts, I guess that time has past. The way this location is ran is very sad. I had good memories of Krispy Kreme but because of this location those fond memories are now faded, very sad.

Hot and ready light was off, and pretty much half the donut menu was unavailable.

Part of me wants to call false advertising on the donut churros thing. On the menu it looks huge. In real life, it is so small. Smaller than a donut.

The only thing I would say is that, I love their doughnuts warm. Mine were cold that night, but I will say that was my fault not theirs. We got there near closing time. The staff, and the manager were very nice.

We visited on St. Patrick's for green donuts. They were not really busy, but the service was a mess. The first lady asked our order and then cut us off after the first bit and moved on. The cashier then proceeded to make and serve an iced drink with all melted ice, so it was warm and diluted when served. She made it again, but it was frustrating how little concern there was about a job well done.

Not sure what is going on with this location. Everytime I come here it's something and there is never enough people working. I went one morning and there was 1 person working. Not the staff's fault but maybe management should manage their store better.

By far the worst Krispy Kreme ever. They might as well just close the store down as it’s never operating any ways. You can make a mobile order an hour before scheduled pick up and they cancel it 2 minutes before the pick up because “their machine is down” this has happened to me 4 times. Will not go back. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

I get there at 6:15am this morning. Sign says they open at 6am. Both doors were locked and one girl came out and today us that “they weren’t open” and we had asked when they might be open since it’s 15 past what’s the sign says. And she just simply replies that “she doesn’t know when” and did not properly communicate when the store might be potentially open even though the sign says “open at 6am”

Need to update hours of operation. This is at least the 3rd time I’ve come here early in the morning only because online, it clearly says “open”…. 6am-11pm… there’s not 1 donut prepared yet, the lights are still off, looks like 1 maybe 2 employees unloading a truck/van.
