Krispy Kreme

The staff were very friendly and sweet! They handled our donuts very well, and they tasted even better! That melt in your mouth goodness that their donuts are nationally known for. The inside was very neat and tidy. There were plenty of those cute paper hats to grab, and the retro diner style is still going strong! We tried the iced glazed shake, and it was pretty okay. Beautifully blended with pieces of donut and has some crunchy garnish in top of it's whipped cream , its pretty average. I recommend it as something new and fun to try! Will be coming back again to this wonderful place again. No matter what kind of mood you are in, you'll never go wrong with a dozen of the best iced glazed donuts ever!

My wife stopped here. We used to love fresh Krispy Kreme donuts when we lived in Baton Rouge. This one was similar to those and had an automated frying line. We had just missed the last run, but the smell was decadent. My high A1C stops me from eating them, but I love 💕 the smell and like to look at the colorful display. Maybe one day I will treat myself.

This place has gone down hill from when they first opened up. At first it was great! Hot donuts coming down the line and service was great. Now, the lobby is NEVER open and they have been out of ORIGINAL donuts the past few times we’ve gone!! How do you run OUT of what you’re known for?! This last time we just ordered the white creme filled and they were completely terrible. They were old and the icing was thrown on them. What is happening here??? Fix it please!

I know Krispy Kreme is a large company, but the fact that they make their donuts fresh and in front of you is so special. All their donuts are perfect and delicious. My only complaint is that we do not have one in or close to Lebanon TN.

Got a six pack of the cookie butter donuts at Kroger and they were amazing so I went to get a dozen to bring to work. Should have looked at them before I left, but they were TINY and very heavy like they fried them and they didn’t rise. There wasn’t even a hole in the cheesecake one! The filling in the “stuffed” was nonexistent. I should have just gone back to Kroger. Seriously frustrating. Then I tried to put in a review online with Krispy Kreme and the form was so buggy it was impossible. Really disappointing and a total waste of $20+

A lot of selections and the banana pudding donut was good but it was funny that they asked how many donuts would I be ordering like I couldn't take my time and select one by one and no one else was in line so that was only part that was a little off to me

As if the picture doesn’t explain the rating enough, the chocolate glazed were also incorrect. They were supposed to be Kreme filled, and they were custard filled. She even verified at the window “white Kreme right?” Also, this was after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line. Every experience here has been bad, but this one was by far the worst.

Asked for chocolate glaze told they were out then asked for raspberry filled told they were out. Well what do you have then? I mean seriously? Then after we just go with a dozen glazed we’re ignored by the girl for 5 minutes sitting there then snaps at us asking what we wanted again. Absolute rudest employees. On top of that SHE HAD CHOCOLATE GLAZED WHEN WE PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW!! Right behind her head are the chocolate glaze she was so sure they didn’t have. So Krispy Kream you tell me do you like your employees to lie to customers??? Is that okay with you? Cause it must be since you have such awful workers. Do BETTER.

Listen this is my first time ever writing a review!! That’s how bad it is here. They need a whole new morning staff. Every time I come, they are very rude. There needs to be a trick costumer from the company to just go through the drive thur in the morning and ask questions about menu, and see how bad their attitudes are. Especially on weekends. Not friendly at all. With the exception of the worker named Bookie she was awesome. Otherwise horrible staff.

I have gone to visit this specific Krispy Kreme multiple times over the last few months and they NEVER have donuts. Pic attached for reference. We have attempted to go on occasions when new donuts drop and they never have them. No matter how early or how late. I went yesterday and asked for 4 different donuts and they had none when I finally got to the 5th donut she said they had it. When I got to the window she laughed and said oh were sold out.

This location has officially lost a customer. I'm no longer going to attempt to go back.
