Krispy Kreme

This morning, I visited Krispy Kreme in hopes of getting doughnuts for my coworkers as well as my mother’s coworkers. Upon arriving at the speaker, it was silent for a while. I was then greeted with an unenthusiastic, “order whenever you’re ready.” I attempted to order two dozen glazed doughnuts. The employee then replied, “We’re out of glazed. It’ll be 45 minutes.” Seriously? How is a doughnut shop out of glazed doughnuts? I chose Krispy Kreme because it is nearest to my house. Donut Country it is! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Love Krispy Kreme and this would be a great location to put one, but this store never has donuts to sell me. After several trips it has gone from mediocre to bad to no donuts at all. This is pure bad management.

Online order and pay, drive thru pickup, friendly, helpful staff, easy peasy, and delicious! We love Krispy Kreme! Donuts, milk, and coffee, my favorite breakfast on the run!

Customer service is wonderful! Staff is prompt and courteous. I always have great experiences at this location. 👍

Can you please start offering non dairy options for your iced and hot coffee, such as oat milk, coconut, or almond? This would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Didn’t have any chocolate glazed, donut holes or “mini donuts” Yet when I got my 4 original glazed they were tiny like what I’d imagine the mini ones look like. Also the staff was not the kindest and when asking about the mini donuts one of the other employees said no very rudely where it came through the employee that was taking my orders headset.

This location has gone way down hill from when they first opened. Today I get an iced coffee and took a sip and it was all coffee grounds. I went to get a new one made after waiting 10 minutes for someone to assist me. They proceeded to make a new one with the same thing, a half inch of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup and all the lady said was that is how the brewer makes the coffee. I won’t be back for a while unfortunately.

service is horrible. workers act like they don’t want to be at the JOB they picked to work at. don’t never have anything. takes long in the drive thru. hope they get better.

I came here when the hot light was on. I ordered 2 dozen. When I was handed my doughnuts through the window, they were cold. I was told they came up an hour ago. I said I wanted hot doughnuts and they said pull around. I did and they told me wait 5 more minutes. I did then they said I could get 2 hot doughnuts. I said but I ordered 2 dozen, then they said they would call the police on me and I said, I didn't steal anything and I would like the 2 dozen hit doughnuts I paid for. I'm still sitting at the window 30 minutes later writing this review. Mike is the manager there when this took place. This service is unacceptable when you look at the name you expect a certain level of service that I definitely did not receive.

Probably the worst Krispy Kreme I've been to besides Gatlinburg.. I walked in it was only glazed and chocolate with sprinkles do better an pay more an hire some folks it's a college town no excuse for this type of behavior

Hot and fresh after watching a game! They were close to closing when we got there but they were still friendly and made my family feel welcome. Good job on the latte too!
