My drink had food floating in it. We didn't get alot of the food and they still had us pay for it. Once we did get some of the food they didn't give us silverware while some of the people after us got theirs. By the time we did get silverware(we got it ourself) the food was getting cold. They took forever to get the cream for the coffee. When I asked for no ice in my drink one lady gave attitude about it.

My husband and I went here this morning for breakfast. Our waitress leaned down and rested on our table, pulled her mask down and was coughing repeatedly right between our faces. If that wasn’t bad enough, while we were sitting there waiting for our food not one but two roaches crawled under our table. We went to tell the manager and she says that the waitress has asthma and can’t keep her mask up. I understand that however did she really have to cough right between our faces? Could she not take a step back and cough into her elbow like a responsible adult? Needless to say we left and won’t be back.

The waitress was perfect. The floors were nasty and greasy looking like usual. Looks like they need to learn what a clean mop and water is. But mostly I am upset that if I was a UTM student I would get 20% off my ticket. But I served in the military and I get a whole I believe 6% discount. Not even 10%. I got .78 cents of my ticket. 10 % would be $1.22. 20% same as college students would have been $2.44. Thanks for your great appreciation for my very low paid service to our country. But guess what if you graduate high school and make it to college you have priorities over a VETERN.Just to let you know how much Huddle House appreciates VETERNS.

Took an hour to eat today. Only one waitress for the entire place. Took over 10 minutes to get our ordered taken. Our lonely waitress took five orders one after another when took ours. Got my wife's order wrong as did mine but it was the cook's fault as apparently they couldn't understand our waitress's manuscript. There were several folks in kitchen area that would make appearances but never to top off drinks but did bring out some food finally. At the end a new cook came in and seemed like was flustered about how things had been going as she ate a piece of bacon while cooking someone else's food. Hopefully this was an isolated incident but somehow I hinda doubt it. This was one of only a handful of restaurants that offered dine-in service in Martin, TN currently because of COVID-19. This happened Sunday 9Aug2020 & we got there around 2 PM.

I didn't get what I ordered, the bacon was burnt, my drinks are watered down, I asked for sweet tea and mountain dew, the sweet tea was old and nasty, the mountain dew was Mello Yello, half the burger was stuck to the top, I didn't get the strawberries I asked for on my pancakes and the fries weren't salted.

Needs to get heat fixed burr it's cold ❄️🥶🥶🥶❄️❄️❄️❄️ place is swamped...only two waitresses. Manager is in back room bus guy is back room.. customer gets up and helps..she is filling coffees and passing out menus ..while waiting for her food... horrible dirty place. Slower then molasses in cold week .

Food was good but the air conditioner was turned on with it 40 degrees outside. Sad when you have to wear a heavy jacket to eat your meal. A heavy set waitress said she was hot and liked it cold inside. Oh well!!

Food was good. Waiter was TERRIBLE. Had our order wrong, a couple times. Everyone ordered burgers except for one person. She wanted a breakfast omelette and he wrote it down as a Philly sandwhich (and forgot our cheese sauce.) Easy mistake I guess ... but if you want good Huddle House service go to MILAN. Always good food and good service. That's called good management 😉

It’s been a while since we’ve been back because of a bad experience. We’ve noticed if we go at night it’s not as good, or we leave angry. Such as one cook touching raw meat and picking up the cooked meat with her same unwashed ungloved hands and putting it on the plate with whatever else she touched as well. We hadn’t even ordered yet and we just got up and went somewhere else. I don’t believe she is there anymore. However, in the morning time we usually have really good, affordable food. I used to work nights so it was great to get off a 12 hour shift and be able to eat dinner instead of breakfast if I wanted to.

Improving. For a long time it had service that was definitely not the best. The food was usually pretty good but it took so long to even get served. Ate there Saturday and the service was much better. The place was cleaner as well. Huddle House would benefit, though, from hiring enough staff to handle the work.
