Excellent grill cook. Floors could be a little cleaner. And waitress was super sweet and efficient.

Was very nasty inside...all but 2 tables were still not cleaned after customers left...plates and food still left on tables to be cleaned..watched a cook take a biscuit out of a bucket and throw it in the microwave after wiping his face with his t-shirt..they were to busy taking smoke breaks and not washing their hands at all..they ask some customers would they mind drinking out of Styrofoam cups because there were no clean glasses..will never go back there..I wish I would have called the health department on them..filthy

The food was cold-cheese wasn’t melted, toast was cold, eggs were runny, but hash browns were burnt. The entertainment was awesome though with a waitress loudly and constantly accusing the cook of stealing her cell phone. That 45 Minute long argument in full view of the customers may explain both the slow service and sorry food.

Really happy with my service. I was having problems ordering online so I just called and placed my order. I spoke to two amazing women, they were so polite and helpful. The only downside of this was my stale biscuit but other than that the food was delicious.

Since the ownership changed hands, I can tell a HUGE difference in the service and the quality of food, and I heard they transferred a new manager to the location around the end of January. Service can some times be a little slow, but we live in Martin, and lets just be honest, the employment pool just isn't what it should be. Everyone who is giving this place a hard time over the last month or so on here needs to give them a break, You can tell they are working on things, and the food is 10x better than the Hearth ever thought about.
Let's look at this logically
If you go want anything other than mexican or fast food here are your options,
Bartolas steak house.. where you are going to pay around 60 to 70 dollars for really good food, but who can afford that every week or even some times once a month? Great place, expensive prices.
The Hearth- where the food is reasonably priced with a kitchen staff that you can't see and rumors of the owners groping staff and having relations with employees. The food is not that good either.. people go here because of who the owners are.
The Grind- Where you are going to wait to be seated in building no bigger than a double wide, packed with no room to walk, to wait on sub-par food and wait up to 45 minutes for a milk shake to be made, why? Because they serve alcohol? You can't even hear yourself think, much less talk to anyone that you decide to dine with.
Mexican places are good though
Huddle House really isn't that bad on a scale of wait time, service, and quality of food.
Quit complaining.

Food was okay but would have been better if it would have all been hot instead some was warm and some was cold. Servers could have been faster since there was hardly anyone there. House keeping was poor.

No service ask what we would like to drink but stud behind counter talking and never drung our coffee or took an order all the talking was about home life was not doing their jobs or taking care of the costume will tell people about the place and will not ever say it a good place

They were pretty busy and short-staffed. I did like the fact that every other table was opened for social distancing. Our food was ok two of us were served and they completely lost the 3rd order. I've been there in the past it's not always this slow.

I visited Huddle House to have lunch with a friend that came in town to visit me, and was embarrassed to have brought her. The service was painstakingly slow, and my friend's order was wrong when our food finally arrived. The waitress seemed as if she was unprepared and continuously failed to meet our needs. She didn't give us silverware or straws until we asked a third time, and there were people leaving around us due to not being attended to. I would highly recommend NOT visiting this Huddle House.
