They are understaffed. Because of this the experience was negatively affected.

The food was awesome tho.

If there are less than 4 cars in the parking lot. The wait will most likely be less than 30 minutes.

I would not recommend this place to eat at or even work at. It is falling apart with poor management. The general manager doesn't know what she's doing and can't even get a schedule right she let's her employees steal out of the register and blames it on other people that she doesn't like. And if she doesn't like you you're automatically put on night shift. They barely wash dishes and the place has roaches. But hey if you like food that isn't cooked right and your coffee cups to be dirty and your food prepared in a dirty pan go for it

In the time we sat for 10 minutes, we saw a line of customers come in & turn back out. The place was absolutely packed. Turns out the one cook & one waitress were not in a rush to try to keep their business. Never saw the waitress once. I get up to ask for service & the three people behind the counter honestly didn’t care. We left. Where is the management for this location?? Bizarre to send customers away.

Well it loses a star when I show up at 8:15AM on a Tuesday to a restaurant that primarily is associated with breakfast, and find the restaurant closed with no cars in the parking lot at all. It did have a note on the door changing the hours to 8AM-8PM. I realize this is a hard time to find employees, but you can at least have someone post the correct hours so that any potential customers know when you might be open.

Sam is a great manager and person. Tara and Casey are both great waitresses and of course jeff the cook is awesome. But like with any team if you are short a member it makes things hard on everyone. Cut them a little slack. Need a job, see Samantha.

Wasn't nothing wrong with the food it was decent. But the service on the other hand that's a different story. We were there almost 30 minutes before they finally brought us menus. So we order and wait almost an hour for it to come out and when it did nothing was right. The waitress didn't write down nothing hardly and didn't even put half of our order in. Gave us the wrong drinks, wrong food and even over charged us for it. Will NOT be returning anymore.

The food is delicious but the service is absolute garbage. The waitress only came to our table to take the order and to deliver it, her shirt was stuck to my mother's toast and she didn't even get new toast just peeled it off her shirt and put it back on the plate, had to wait over twenty minutes while trying to flag down the waitress just to get another drinks the table next to us had their food burned and the waitresses only response was sorry, and just walked away. The food is great just don't expect much from the people.

Waited over hour after placing the order and finally got the food....the food was ok eggs warm in middle cold on edges...waitress nice ...I did one star because 3 other people got there food before we did and we were here 20 minutes earlier...also the wait time was forever for food...I will change this rating if I ever come back. I have an idea pay ur Cooks 15 per hour and u will get better more effective cooks...I can't blame the employees that don't make very much money..

Good economical food. Not fancy nor pretentious. For the price? Not too bad.
