Absolutely disgraceful. Went on thanksgiving night, only one server (not properly dressed) and one cook, no manager to speak of. Had a few tables filled, so understandable for it to take a while. Took 10 min to take order (not a problem considering). We never received silverware, after asking. Other tables had their plates brought out one by one, with several minutes in between. They were out of things, saying they couldn't get to the food because it was locked, and no one would come and open the food storage. Several times they brought out orders wrong. It took an hr and a half to get our food, and 20 more min for my son to get his, which was wrong, as well was ours. The waitress was extremely rude. When she brought my sons food, missing 3 items, i decided we were leaving. She tried to charge for the food that was never cooked for him, and for extra items I never received. She stated she couldn't take those items off, and gave her food discount. Sadly, this isn't the first time this store has been this way. When I was paying, the cook line floor was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been clean in a week, had several raw eggs on the floor as well. I won't be going again, sad, because my kids love this kind of food.

This was my first time at a Huddle House. The food was decent, the decor was basic (hard booths), but the people were friendly. I got an omelet, but there was cheese sauce in it instead of real cheese so it was a little disappointing. While the food was ok, the price was higher than expected. I can get a better omelet and bigger meal for the same money at Ihop and Bob Evans. I would eat here again, but only if there are not better options.

Well after church my friend and I went to the martin Tennessee huddle house. I guess everyone working there was really busy. My French toast was cold, they never did bring my Syrup, I had to get it from another table, never got any refills on my coffee.they never did come back to our table to asking we needed anything. So all in all every bad experience.

Came here for an end of the night meal with my best friend from Florida after a night out. Would not recommend. The food was your typical huddle house, which is alright. However there was a "gang" member walking around the resteraunt causing a scene by talking about "how much bread" he had. I had to stand up and encourage this man to leave with no help from the staff who looked on. Don't come here if you want a decent meal with company without a disturbance.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Food was not cooked completely (pancakes raw in middle). Didn't get everything ordered but was charged for it. Waitress was grumpy and never checked back to see if we needed anything. Had one cup of coffee and no refills. Had to ask items not received to be taken off of bill. All in all terrible service and worse food. Will never go back.

We went to the Martin, Tn huddle house for breakfast and the eggs were well done when we asked for overeasy. The hash browns were so full of oil they dripped. The sausage patties were burned, The country fried steak was also very greasy and hard. They also had the air conditioner on. It was freezing in there. Very dissapointed in over all . Hope they get a new cook.

There were only two cars there when we got there and was there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone had noticed that we were even sitting there. A waitress came and wrote our drink orders on her hand, and was never seen again. We finally got our food an hour later, and everything was cold and gross. The onion rings were so greasy that I could feel my arteries clogging up just by looking at them. (See pictures)
We got there at 6:30, and it was 8 when we left. I could dig up a septic tank, grill what was inside, and get the same results as this place.

Stopped in for breakfast today around 2pm. The gravy and biscuits were great, and so were the waffle, eggs, and hashbrowns. My waitress was really nice and attentive to both us and her other customers. I must say I usually expect basic quality for huddlehouses, but this was great. The food wasnt served piping hot but I didnt mind. It had lots of flavor.

They are doing what they have learned is okay. If the store wasnt in such a prime location with a Huddle House sign no one with money would stop. I wonder if the books would show Huddle House would be better off closing the place then to run it as is. Maybe they are operating on bailout money?
