I read a lot about service at this location, but service was excellent for us. The food was what you’d expect from quick eating style chain. My husband wanted breakfast for dinner. The pancake was good and so was the biscuit.

Come in with 5 people and told half the restaurant is closed for a interview so we had to stand around to get permission from the manager to sit down. Got seated,separate tables. Order our drinks and food. Food comes out doesn't look great but oh well never looks like the pictures. Hashbrowns were under cooked, bacon was limp, fruit was rancid. Delt with everything but the fruit, how can you serve fruit that has gone bad to the public. Had to ask for silverware got plastic to go because they had not washed any from the breakfast rush, refills on drinks came out when were ready for the bill. All in all this was an experience I will not be repeating anytime soon.

I hear about so many bad experiences here. I'm not sure how this location is still in operation. 😅 My recent experience was with an order for Mr. Beast Burger which is an app food service managed through Huddle House. I ordered a patty melt and received a very over cooked patty with no grilled onions as described. The cheese was there, thankfully, but the bread was also not toasted at all (when I say not at all, I do not mean too light, it had not touched a pan). Also did not receive the drink with the combo, and the fries were limp and greasy. It was all just sad lol. Please someone step in from management.

Tried to go there this afternoon with my father but instead left to go to a different restaurant; went inside, sat ourselves down and no one came up to check on us for 10 minutes.
Waitress helped 2 others who came in after we did, eventually walked by us, took a look, and left to go do other tasks.
What I can only assume to be the waitresses 10(ish) year old daughter running around and grabbing plates and dishware from tables like she herself was an employee.
We were there for maybe 15 minutes all around, then decided to go yo The Hearth in our area instead.
Also the last time we were there we got our food and it was very rushed, all around not prepared the greatest (onion rings didn't even look like onion rings and the sandwiches were very hap-hazard)

The rudest server I have ever met anywhere. Seemed like she didn't want to be here and wasn't communicating back with customers. The server was also ignoring people and heavy sighing like she didn't want to do her job or even talk to customers. Just a very, very rude person. Almost didn't want to try the food by the time she was done taking my order. And also had a problem with handing me my reciept.

The dining floor was filthy, trash laying on the floor and the server was walking right through it. I observed ants crawling the table. The server seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I’m handicapped and I usually use this chain because of the handicapped accessibility. Please stay away from this particular restaurant!

Place was dirty, smelt like old mop water and the quality of the food was sub par to cat wetfood. Never in my life have i tasted sausage that tasted gamey? Just being honest here.

Good food but seems understaffed. Our visit had just one very overworked waitress. She still did great though.
