Abridged Beer Company (The Brewpub)

This place has the best burgers in Knoxville. All of the beef comes fresh from Willys butcher. The jalapimento burger, which comes with pickled jalapeños and homemade pimento cheese, is my personal fav! It was Novembers burger of the month. Also - their beers are great too! They are constantly switching them out, but I’ve never had one there I didn’t like!

Nice outdoor space with some shade. Great selection of IPAs, lagers, and sours. Loved my pimento cheese chicken sandwich.

The monthly specials are awesome. I had the Cubano burger - you’d be crazy not to get it. Mph and the fries are the best.
And the beer is pretty darn good too!!

With the ever growing count of breweries opening here in ol' knoxvegas, this one stands out among the best this vol country has to offer. Whether you're new to craft drinking or one of the handful of cicerone certified beer officiando, this place must be on your list of to visits. The staff is more than accommodating and you can tell they are passionate of their craft. As a long member of the service industry and coming from several bars and breweries myself, I cannot recommend this place any more highly. If you're in town stopping for the night or been bleeding orange before you could walk, I implore you to check this place out!

We were at Xul yesterday , and they were great! However , adridged had a food truck there . My husband was smoking outside and there were not any signs saying no smoking. This woman , maybe late 20’s early 30’s with short blonde hair flung the door open and yelled at him like a child . I do intend on going to your establishment in person to speak to someone , but I will not tolerate Such trashy behavior when he would have gladly moved when asked like an adult . She yelled “ go the hell out there “ and slammed the truck door . We have loved your company up until now and you were the reason we went last night .

I will as stated be coming in to file a personal complaint . As she not only embarrassed him but ruined a portion of the evening .

Loved it. Great beer and food. Super nice people. Park at the church next door (I'm not kidding.)

Absolutely do not recommend. We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated when the guy said it would be 20 minutes. Once we got seated, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our server. Then we had to wait another 40 minutes for our food. We saw our server once the entire time we ate there. I had to get up and get someone to get some extra ketchup because no one ever came to check on us. Do not eat here if your hungry because you will not actually get your food until 2 hours after you get there.

Food is the only reason it got 4 stars. The server only came to get order and for us to pay maybe 1 other time. Not friendly to kids in high chairs , very tight.

Awesome food and great beer. I absolutely love that they have a kids play area. Takes so much stress off the parents!

Great new brewpub in west knox. Tasty beers and great food. Probably the best wings in knoxville and a great patio for those nice summer nights.
