Am new to the state and have been looking for the perfect bagel store . I prefer big fat bagels , this place has thin ones which I didnt like , But The chocolate cookies are delicious . I will definitely go back for that !

Nice casual atmosphere with friendly employees and very good bagels. Didn't get the soup (chicken orzo) because it was breakfast time but, it looked appetizing. Prices are fair as well, EXCEPT, they charge you ($1.15) for a little tiny container of butter that SHOULD come with your bagel and don't tell you they charge when ordering. How many restaurants have YOU patronized that charged you for ANY CONDIMENT??? In response to the owner's reply...Anyone would expect to pay extra for cream cheese OR tuna fish OR chicken salad but, NOT BUTTER. NO restaurant I've ever patronized from NYC to LA to London nor Toyko has EVER charged extra for butter. It's a condiment, like ketchup, mustard, mayo or S & P.

Good location and bagels are above average. The atmosphere is equivalent to most so no extra stars here. So why only two stars? Well most coffee shops are accepting of paying guests using their space for study, reading or other scholarly endeavors. Evidently it is not okay to buy breakfast and bottomless coffee and remain for a few hours per the owner. I was asked to leave after a few hours of studying even after paying for breakfast and coffee. This could be understandable if there were a significant amount of people waiting for a table. That certainly was not the case. So in summation, I will say the bagels are above average, coffee adequate and the owner unkind to his loyal patrons.

It was fun to see the atmosphere of an authentic NY experiance. Great bagels and bagel sandwich choices, great smear choices and bakery options!

My girlfriend and I got a NY finest smoked salmon bagel and a NYPD Blue Grilled chicken bagel. The smoked salmon with capers and cream cheese went perfectly together. The NYPD was equally as good and cooked very well. I do recommend.

Stopped here for breakfast on a whim. I don't know what I was expecting, but I got my bagel sandwich and was shocked at how big it was. It was the biggest, freshest bagel I've ever had. The place is also meticulously clean and all around a cute hole in the wall breakfast place
