Always consistent! Always delicious! The #6 The Captain on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. And an everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheddar. Our favorite local breakfast date! New York bagels here in little Kingsport. Very reasonable prices for the size and quality! Go there if you like amazing bagels, you will be so glad you did!!!!

I'm from Connecticut it felt like a real NEW YORK bagel shop. Only thing I found missing was the Lox and cream cheese otherwise my breakfast bagel was really good. Bagels are very tasty softer than up north but very good.

Ordered online and site said order would be ready in 12 minutes... Order actually took 40mins, but would still recommend ordering online to expidite a to-go orders. The patrons were lined out the door. The sandwiches were very good, though two of our five were made with the wrong bagel (they basically used the special order for the wrong sandwich). Still, very good sandwiches and bagels, especially for the cost.

Good bagel restaurant in downtown Kingsport. They now have two new bagel sandwiches, vegetable and vegan. I had a egg & sausage in a plain bagel and it was very good. My best girl had the vegan since she has gone over to the dark side of eating and she liked hers too. She did need to add extra salt since veggies usually do need that flavor. There are lots of different styles and bagels there so you can get a variety of sandwiches or just a bagel with butter/cream cheese. We will be back when we are in the area and want a bagel sandwich

The #4 "inspector" Buffalo Chicken bagel was fantastic. This was my first time at the Bagel Exchange and I now realize I have been missing out. They have a variety of selections to choose from. I will definitely be back.

Delicious food. Good presentation. Nice variety of options. I felt like it came to the table pretty quickly. I will say it felt a little cramped and somewhat cluttered inside, but that also somehow part of ots charm perhaps. The food was definitely good enough that I'll be coming back. My bagel was big and fresh. The sandwhich I got was piled sufficiently with ingredients.

Always enjoy this gem of a place! Best bagels I've ever had, lots of options!! I now eat gluten-free and they have a wrap I can enjoy with any sandwich filling (I love the egg salad!). Coffee is great too. We go every time we're in Kingsport.
