So, a little pricey for my taste. The muffin, while moist and had a good flavor, ran almost $3. The bagel sandwiches, will run you around $9. That being said, they are more elaborate in their sandwiches and are more of a craft bagel than anything else. If you go basic, you can eat here fairly reasonably and the atmosphere is nice. Just be prepared when you go. Looking at the TripAdvisor rating of cheaper eats, threw me a bit when I got there, so be informed when you go.

The food is pretty good. I've had one of the lunch sandwiches, which had Boar's Head meat (my favorite), but I wish the meat had been heated up. I had a bagel with cream cheese, and that was pretty good. I also had a breakfast sandwich. Definitely tasted the best. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired. It seems like the staff (or perhaps the owners) are annoyed to be dealing with customers, often asking questions in a rushed manner and a visible discontent when asked to repeat.
I'll be back, but don't come here for friendly service.

The prices are overly high in store for sandwiches (especially breakfast). However, the bagels are delicious! If you get them to go they are less than $2 a piece and every flavor I've tried was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Do NOT miss out on this gem if you're downtown during their business hours. Their deli-style sandwiches are impeccably crafted and always delicious. My favorite, The Chief, is bar none the best Reuben-style sandwich I've ever had that didn't come from NYC.

Best bagel in the Tri-Cities!! These bagels are true New York style. The breakfast sandwiches are great, and there is a variety of cream cheeses from which to choose. I haven't had their lunch, but it must be just as good!

I LOVE the bagel exchange. Their bagels are sooo fresh and delicious. This is the one place I know I can get a really good smoked salmon bagel and the online ordering is super easy. I've bought coffee cups, hats, and many many deli style pickles here. Every bagel is great but I recommend the jalapeno cheddar, pumpernickel, or the everything. Staff is always super friendly and there is a new featured cream cheese every month. You gotta go it's better than einstein bros or anything else in the tri cities that I've tried.

Excellent bagels like I had in New York! Forget the other places, you need to try this bagel shop.

Tried for the first time today for lunch. I had a #7 and got my mother a #9. My daughter had an Inspector Gadget. While everything was delicious, it was expensive! Almost $6 for a grilled cheese bagel. I will pack my daughter some small foods next time we go (she's only 3, she doesn't need much). Our adult menu bagels were about $8 each and they don't come with a side or anything. Delicious food and lots of bagel choices but the lunch prices are excessive. I did enjoy my iced mocha and the price for it was average.

This is a neat "hole in the wall" kind of place. The sandwiches are very good and the portions are satisfyingly large for what you pay. Definitely one of my more favorite stops for lunch. Their online ordering is very efficient and easy to use.

Fantastic bagels, sandwiches, and great coffee. It has a great atmosphere and is a fun place to hangout and enjoy a few cups of coffee and a meal. This is a small restaurant that can fill up quickly. The complaints regarding being unable to sit for hours and hours from breakfast through lunch with the crowds that come through are silly and show a lack of respect for other paying patrons and the owners.
