By far the best bagels we have ever had. We are from New Jersey, where bagels and pizza are king, and I was SHOCKED to find a bagel place that not only lived up to what we are used to, but BETTER. Great people and owners as well. If we move from NJ, it will probably be to TN so we can be closer to The Bagel Exchange. AWESOME!!!!

Food was fantastic!!!! Took a surprisingly long time to get soup and sandwiches though (couldn't order and eat on a 30 minute lunch). The half bagel and soup was just the perfect size. They had a sizeable lunch line as we were leaving. Plenty of room upstairs to spread out. Will definitely be back with ample lunch time or order ahead.

Absolutely favorite place to eat in Kingsport. Sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel is personal favorite, but I’ve never had anything there I didn’t like

I absolutely love this place for breakfast! Any of their bagel meals with an "Everything" bagel are just fantastic. My work takes me to all the major cities around the country, New York, Philly, Seattle, etc and I've eaten at countless bagel places but nothing holds a candle to The Bagel Exchange here in Kingsport!

Love these bagels! So fresh and delicious. We also love the sandwiches made with the bagels, and they use Boars Head lunchmeat which is the best. We live over an hour from Kingsport, and we pick up a few bagels every time we're in town.
