The Bistro, Coffee and Eatery St. Croix

The prices are insane and it is beyond slow. I once ordered a literal uncooked tortilla with plain avacado in it just as a test and it took 1hr and 15min! Even ordering a basic salad takes 45min+ on an average day. I honestly would never ever go here but once in a while someone would say "I got a bistro gift card but going there is torture so you can have it" and give it to me.

Food is amazing. Customer service is beyond terrible. Go for the food, but prepared to put up with rude staff who ignore you, forget your order and then get it wrong. Its sad because the place would be so amazing if the staff were just competent. I don't think staff should be forced to be fake nice, but they should not act like the very fact that you are ordering food is annoying them.

I loved the tuna sandwich wrap and the lox bagel! The cafe latte while nothing to write home about is one of the better options available on the island.

I love their fresh baked daily orange/cranberry muffins and will usually drive out of my way to get one 2 days or more a week. They also have a great selection of lunch items, smoothies and of course, coffee. This is a small eatery that offers outdoor seating and great service. .

I’m fairly new to the island and have tried a couple different coffee shops. The Bistro has the best coffee I have tried. I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked in, the place was busy. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and I was very happy with my choice. Definitely will be a regular stop for me and can’t wait to try the food..

Had a great experience here. Ordered an iced Americano, iced mocha, bagel and cream cheese and one of their breakfast sandwiches. All came out quick and at the same time. Food was great, coffee was great!

Food was decent. Coffee wasn't great at all. Stuffed in a corner spot of a strip mall. It was fine for a quick food fix but not really a destination.

Trey catered our wedding and it was phenomenal. It was a great experience. Amazing food and service. Trey was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. He's very professional and communicated well throughout our wedding planning.

By far the best breakfast and lunch spot on stx. The natural juice and coffee is always good. The food is out of this world. The soups and sandwiches are also a must. Kay and Amarah do a great job on getting orders out in a timely manner! I highly recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t tried it.

It was not a good experience. The cashier was extremely chirpy with a caucasian, but it lacked choppiness with me, a local. Later, the buzzer went off, so I stood waiting. Someone told me to go on the opposite side, which I did. The lady did not say anything to me. Then she said "smoothie" on the side where I was at initially. I went there and got the smoothie. Then I asked about the cup of soup, and her attitude stunk. She must realize that every customer is important.
