The Bistro, Coffee and Eatery St. Croix

The barista was very polite and friendly and the decor was quiet and relaxing. Their food is fantastic. This has become a regular place for me to have lunch.

Love this place. If you want a casual place to grab a quick bite to eat or relax with your favorite paper,this is the place. I recommend the roast beef melt with bacon and mushrooms on multigrain bread server with a side of waffle fries. DELISH!!!😋😋😋

This coffee shop has a very good looking desserts some delicious pastries lunch, breakfast, chicken parm, chicken Cordon Bleu, shrimp, shakes, juices attention is good and prices good too very nice to sit outside and eat delicious food

Nice new upgrade but shouldn’t own a espresso machine. Watched the girl pull espresso shots and put them in small pitchers so she can make quick lattes. Needless to say worse latte in the Virgin islands. Barista training needed.

Trey catered our wedding and it was phenomenal. Sorry no pictures since it was a busy day but here is a review for those who search by keywords.

The full experience catering was definitely worth it and I'm glad my wife convinced me not to try to do it myself lol. Trey setup the whole experience and broke it down while saving us the leftovers and we really appreciate it.

Onto the food.

Appetizers were pork mini tacos that just hit the spot they were so juicy and the sauce on top was just right with the lettuce mix the only thing I would have liked on top was some of the pico but yes I know it would have overdone it

The highlight of the meal was the ceviche 3 ways with mahi mahi. Everyone agrees that it was the best ceviche we have ever had and it was good enough we got our anti fish friend to try and agree 👍

The habanero passion fruit ceviche was the best it was just a little fruit taste followed by a little heat that if you kept eating a lot would grow into a explosion of wonderful flavor.

We also received the sesame ceviche which was delicious and really unique never had any before that and we all enjoyed it.

The traditional was perfectly made it

We were pleasently surprised being told when the fish was harvested and where it was a unique aspect that we were not expecting and we are happy :)

The last entree we had was a chicken taco station and it was exactly what we were imagining guests loved the flour and corn options both made beautifully. The chicken was very moist and perfectly seasoned with a blend of spices that did not overpower the chicken. The rice and beans were cooked great and trey did a fantastic job and will be recommended to anyone we meet

I was here 5 years ago when I came home, and I must say they have come a long way, definitely recommend this if you are in Christiansted and looking for a bite to eat

I just had the Corleone sandwich there today! It was amazing!! Jimmy Johns & Subway can suck it compared to this... best sandwich I have ever had!!

Excellent specialty coffee's as well as fresh baked Sweets, sandwiches and soups!

Quality lunches and really good shakes, coffee and pastries.
