Love this spot. Great sandwiches and pastries... Best coffee on island...they do homemade fries and potato chips that will blow your mind. Everything is fresh and well prepared. Best breakfast and lunch spot on island

Love the homemade chips. Had a pulled pork sandwich with swiss cheese with spicy barbecue sauce on a croissant. It was good!!! The passion fruit lemonade is also great. They are lots of healthy dishes if you're watching your waistline though.

I love the bistro! Great salads! Awesome soup especially the broccoli cheese. Their lemonade is addictive. Perfect spot for a treat or to grab lunch. Staff is friendly. One of my absolute favorite place to eat.

Had some great bagel sandwiches and smoothies from here! It’s a nice grab n go place.

Good coffee and nice people. They have soy, almond, and coconut milk for us plant-based and lactose intolerant people! However they don't have any other vegan options, which was a bummer. They also don't have to-stay cups - only plastic or takeaway coffee cups. They were happy to use my reusable cup though! Also no wifi available.

Wonderful food, fairly quick service, good variety, and best coffee so far on the island!

I wish I had gone here every morning of my stay in St. Croix from the start. When I finally abandoned the VRBO's coffee maker, I tried a couple of cafes in the morning. This one was the best, and the service was great!

The Bistro is off the beaten path a bit, especially for tourists and vacationers. Even the road to it is "beaten". However, do whatever you need to to get there because the food is fantastic. Yes, the conversation is a little loud (the blender is also) but that is the point of this place. Come enjoy great food with your friends and you will not be disappointed!

Found this little gem through word of mouth. This is an excellent little bistro that skirts the edge of the shopping plexiglass with Maria's cantina. I ordered the chicken pesto panini and it was absolutely delicious. Food was warm, wholesome, and made with effort. This panini is huge and I only ate half of it. There coffee is the best I've had on the island also. The establishment was clean and kept with a friendly and effective staff. The cook seemed very aware of what is going on. One improvement would be to let customers know that the granola bars pre made organic varieties such as kind bars. My colleagues and I felt this was a little misleading and assumed these were hand made granola bars. Either way I would highly recommend going to this place for lunch or coffee.

The food and frap was good. Lady making the frap was busy finishing her conversation with someone who had their order to start mine. When I got up to look for napkins, the young lady who took my oder became rude out of the blue and told me "don't worry she gonna make your order, " mind you I never questioned either of them. The entire experience felt like I was a bother so I will not bother you with my money again.
