I really liked this place and I go every time I’m in downtown Columbia (every 1-2 months). They’ve been asking me for my phone number since I started going there for free drink points. I got one free drink a couple years ago, and haven’t gotten one since. I was going to ask how many points I’d built up this last time I went, only to find out they had been asking to enter my phone number themselves, when it only counted if they prompted it to let me enter it myself. I know it’s odd to let something so simple ruin a restaurant for me, but it’s honestly really disappointing that I’ve been asking enter my phone number all this time for my points, and they’ve been doing it wrong all along. When the person at the counter told me, I was clearly disappointed and he made no effort to offer a resolution. Customer service is owning up when you make a mistake and fixing bad situations. Guess I’ll go to JJ’s from now on

Delicious Smoothie bowls and Bobba tea.

Ahhhh-mazing. Super clean place and even more delicious treats. The açaí bowls are incredible! Fresh tasting ingredients and definitely filling. I would definitely be a regular if I lived nearby. Don’t miss out!! You won’t regret it!

Lots of variety on the menu, delicious boba. I'm hooked. Parking is a bit of a challenge sometimes, so prepare to walk a block or two on busy traffic days.

We were told to wait outside and the drinks would be brought to us. We patiently waited for 30 minutes and realized people staying inside were getting their drinks faster. When I went in the employee grabbed my drink from the counter. We only ordered 2 drinks and there wasn’t a line so it wasn’t busy. Drinks were good but not 30 minutes waiting good.

Fantastic spot for acai bowls, and more!! The owner is very accommodating and makes every customer feel important. Decor, seating, and ambience only add to the great experience. Highly recommend this business not only for the phenomenal bowls, but outstanding customer service as well!

I usually like this place for boba tea, but i went to take my friend today since she had never gotten it before and the door was open so we walked in and some lady immediately yelled at us "NO we are CLOSED" with a hand signal across her neck. She was also not wearing a mask and my friend has medical issues so this was a real health threat for her. I understand that we walked in when they were closed but she did not have to yell like that. The situation most definitely could have been handled better. Ill find a tea place elsewhere

One thing that this restaurant does that many fail to do is keep it’s consistency. It’s food and drinks never disappoint and are always as good as the first time you tried it! The staff are also super polite and helpful and make an effort to remember their customers. It’s all around a good experience. I’ve eaten here at least twice a week for a year- and I’ve never been disappointed!

I LOVE this place!! My smoothie bowls are always made just how I want it and always so delicious! I didn’t catch her name, but the brunette employee today was so sweet and helpful and made the experience even better! Definitely will be coming back!

Good food and amazing service. My favourite place on campus. The manager is very friendly and will make sure you're taken care of.
