I went there today to get a two item Grub Hub order and the cashier told me it wasn’t ready yet. There would be a 5 minute wait. I waited 10 mins before going back inside. I’m parked in the fire lane.

When I went back inside, the cashier was clearly frustrated because as she stated “we are the only two here. If you don’t like it, call the manager”.

The father, the son and Holy Ghost covered her today because my hand almost went smoothe across her face. Regardless of how many people are working at a frozen yogurt spot, good customer service should always be rendered.

Grub Hub orders are to be delivered in a timely fashion as well. What I’m most certainly not going to do is tolerate improper service by a child. I Grub Hub because it’s easy money outside of my 9-5. I will be calling to speak with said manager

Love this place. Their bowls and milk teas are a fav. I wish they opened earlier! They don’t open until 11am so it can’t be a regular morning stop for me.

Only place for good Boba in Columbia though they are a bit pricey for what you get, atmosphere inside is nice but definitely wish it was more covid safe, the drinks and food here have never been bad, hope they can expand since seating is limited

Yummy! Bubble tea, smoothies and elaborate fruit bowls! I was impressed with everything about this place and will definitely return to try other menu items. Late business hours. The decor needs a freshening.

They get boba right. Tapioca has the right texture, many drink flavors, and you can specify the sweetness. The workers are always really nice and they're open late (11pm).

Visiting my parents from Florida but was craving boba tea from a recent San Diego trip. Found them online and it was a hit! Great service. Loved the taro bubble as well as the black milk boba tea. Will be returning each time I come to visit!

I was carrying out two smoothies and ended up dropping one on the sidewalk. The manager was very generous and started making me one as soon as he saw it happen and didn't charge me for it. Very good smoothie but even better very good customer service.

They have the best fruit bowls, even have nutella. Also, I just about had a heart attack from seeing the tall, tan woman with the curly hair in her twenties. She must be a super model. I was stuck between deciding whether to look at my ice-cream or her face.

Disappointed in the flavor tastes nothing like the description... I got wild strawberry and it tasted old and nothing like strawberry! I basically just wasted $10 for something gross! The two people taking my order were more interested in talking to each other than to help me.

Ordered the Açaí Crush. The bowled contained an embarrassingly small amount of açaí. $15 for the large portion and I hade (maybe) six spoonfuls of actual açaí, the rest was just granola or other fruit fillings.

This is unfortunate because the few bites I had were absolutely wonderful.
