The Corner Blend

I really enjoyed this place. I've been ordering this to be delivered to my job for lunch a lot because their acai bowls are good, but the last order I had delivered to me was not even close to what I asked for. I ordered the Sweet Berry Bliss with extra nutella, granola, and coconut and requested pineapple and kiwi to be added (I order it this way every time). When it was delivered to me all it had was the blended acai(standard), pineapple, nutella, and granola....on top of that it looked like it was just thrown in the bowl. Every time I've received this order in the past it always looked like it was put together with care, always looked almost exactly like the picture.

This time it looked like my 3 year old niece put it together...I called to let them know, I wasnt complaining and I wasn't going to have them remake it since I was at work and there was no way I was going to be able to pick up a new order, I just wanted to be charged for what I recieved rather than the extra I paid for and didn't receive. The first girl on the phone sounded irritated due to what I'm assuming was a busy time and passed me to someone else, the new girl was sweet and took my name and number down and said her boss was going to call me yet I received no call back this was a day or 2 ago(from this review)...it's a bit upsetting, not the fact that the order was wrong; mistakes happen I understand that, but the initial customer service with the first girl was a bit angering.

I can understand how flustered you can get with high volume clientele, I work at the trauma hospital but don't let your customers hear your attitude when all they're trying to do is fix a problem, especially when they weren't even giving an attitude. This won't stop me from ordering because I've had great experiences up until this point, I just hope it goes back to being great and not having this situation happen again.

EDIT: This is extremely late (a year later late) but I did want to note that shortly after my post/concern, Mr. Khan (the owner and operator) called me immediately as well sent me a message to help with my concern. I was unable to touch bases with him and return his call but I greatly appreciated the fast response and his willingness to help which is why I decided to change my rating to 4 stars.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR BOBA
The smoothie, bowls, and yogurt are great, but I’m sorry to say the boba is sub par. If you want some REALLY good bubble tea, go to JJ Tea House right next door. Better flavors and better boba.

I was in Columbia for the USC Open House and I met up with a friend. She took me to Yoghut and I thought it was going to be like a regular yogurt place. Well I was wrong, it was WAY better!! I got the Italian Vanilla(I believe that is what it’s called) it was so good. The toppings were great as well. The service was great and the location is wonderful too...right on Main Street. I would totally recommend Yoghut to anyone and definitely go back again!!!

literally took 50 minutes to give me my drink and i had to tell the lady my order four times 😂 and i just got a random large drink not even the one i ordered

The corner blend really is one of a kind. I always go on the weekends to get a pitaya bowl and trust me you won't regret it. Sometimes there’s a small wait but you can always order online.👍

The taste of the Boba didn't taste authentic. To find parking is ridiculously hard especially if your not from the area. The Boba drink was a little disappointing. I got milk tea..

Yoghut! It's the best. At a beautiful location. All the college kids come here. Clean. Lively. Great to watch the traffic go by or after a workout at Strom. Best Frozen Yogurt for so many years I've lost count. Prices do keep increasing but still not bad. Yoghut for the win!

The Corner Blend (formerly Yoghut prior to remodel and update but with same owner) is one of the best businesses I've ever visited. The coffee, bubble tea, and especially the acai bowls are top notch. The environment is also bright and inviting. Further, the owner is extremely nice and accommodating. I've even seen him offer to make something different for customers if they didn't like an item they ordered. Also, he makes sure to remember repeat customers. Blend is popular with university students and families alike.

No frozen yogurt available here anymore. Please update your listing. We drove all the way from Chapin for some self-serve frozen yogurt only to find that it’s no longer sold here. Really wish there were more frozen yogurt places around here.
