Efficiency does not exist. It takes about 30-45mins to get a $5 cold bagel with barely any cream cheese on it. It's also extremely frustrating when I pay extra for more cream cheese and I don't get any. I recommend the owners and employees go get training in an actual bagel store, because they're so slow!

It’s alright. Bagels are pretty much always in stock but they close around 3PM. This isn’t a standalone store, but a kiosk type Einstein’s located at USC. Staff is pretty friendly overall and willing to modify anything on your menu to whatever you like. Minus 1 star as it’s not a full Einstein’s and doesn’t offer the same promotions or complete menu.

Where to start with this phenomenal joint? As a USC student, I frequently visit Einstein's to pick up a honey wheat bagel smeared with honey almond "shmear" (my personal favorite), which is what Einstein's calls their cream cheese spread that comes in a variety of flavors, like maple, traditional plain, or the seasonal pumpkin. The bagels aren't even the best part--that honor goes to Einstein's coffee, which is self-professed "darn good," and I would have to agree wholeheartedly. Einstein Bros sets the bar high for breakfast food.

I waited at least 30 minutes among a sea of white girls to be charged $6 for a sloppy bagel. My friend who ordered the same exact bagel somehow paid way less than I did.

Always out of eggs and bagels when I get there (usually between 11am and 12pm). It closes at 3:30pm... Not sure what's going on; I guess they just don't sell anything after 12 since they're out of supplies? Really bad business strategy; unhappy customers and no cash coming in 🤔

Super fast service and good food too!

As I type this, I have been waiting for at least 30 minutes on a one item order. I won't come here again.
Food was good though.

Update your hours to be accurate. We drove from Williston for some bagels as we missed it from back home and you were closed.

The food is good, but they're crazy slow. Expect to wait 30 minutes or longer from the time you get in line to when you finally get your order.

It is okay not so bad bagels.
