Great vibe for relaxing/studying and excellent staff. Had the overnight oats, chai tea latte, and cup of plain hot tea, all of which was really good. It's great seeing places like this open up in Cayce now! Definitely recommend for either a quick cup or morning productivity session!

This shop reminds me of the many I frequented in Cali. Love the minimalism. Love the selection of crafted coffee. Good coffee is truly an art form. The selection of pastries are phenom. Only wish there were some cozy chairs.

Piecewise has such a calming vibe. The Soda City house brew is wonderful. I got the scallion cream cheese on my bagel and it’s so dang good! Yes. City of Cayce has a true gem.

Great eapresso, wonderfully pulled shot with a great body and taste. Warm and inviting space and staffed with barista's who know there stuff. Not to be missed for those who enjoy a good cup!

No greeting when entering. Only one carafe of coffee brewed. Staff was unclear if it was a dark, medium or light roast. I was offered a taste to see what I thought it was?? It has the capacity and uniqueness to be a great little neighborhood coffee shop. But it'll never make it this way.

Don't waste your time on Starbucks° or Dunkin Dounuts° on Knox Abbott. Instead, go around the corner to an INCREDIBLE coffee shop named Piecewise.
The service is unheralded, the employees are more like friends, the other customers ate like family.
This setting only makes for a more satisfying, delicious experience of coffee that is unsurpassed.

I stopped by here before a job interview for a caramel cappuccino. It was delicious. The employeed were all extremely courteous and friendly. Piecewise Coffee Co. is a 5 star shop.

The only reason I did not give 5 is I've only been here twice. The vibe is warm and inviting- friendly owner & barrista. Whether or not all workers have voice and a living wage (i.e. worker co-op) in a company is very important to me, in addition to where they source the coffee from. Are the coffee farmers at the end of the supply chain paid a fair price for their work cultivating the crop? These ethical questions determine where I shop and where I don't. Looking forward to learning where Piecewise stands on these questions. In terms of taste- the honey cardamom latte is great!

Small cute cafe in Cayce. Fast friendly service. The coffee taste amazing along with the vegan chocolate chip cookie.

Great atmosphere, great customer service, and awesome coffee. Cold brew was perfect and the wife’s Honeysuckle Latte was a definite win! Will return again next time I’m passing through the area.
