Love the location, nice small town feel. Has a lot of parking available for it. Inside and outside seating so depending on the weather you can do whichever one you prefer. Great service, nice and fast. The coffee is good. This place is not just looks for pictures but the coffee has good flavor and is well made

Quintessential local shop. I’m visiting from out of town and my buddy brought me in on a Tuesday morning. Really enjoyed the small town, homey vibe. We ordered staples (vanilla lattes) and took advantage of milk alternatives (they even have macadamia). The outdoor seating area was very welcome in the good weather. Overall, great experience.

I enjoyed Piecewise a lot! The coffee was really good and the atmosphere was really cool. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The only thing that felt off was that it was absolutely freezing in here. I’ve never been in a coffee shop that cold before.

Finding Piecewise was a delightful surprise on my recent visit to Columbia to visit Congaree NP. The atmosphere is lovely, the outdoor space is an absolute gem, the coffee (from a well-known local roaster in Greenville, Methodical Coffee, at the time of my visit) was incredible and prepared by friendly, welcoming folks. The pastry selection was good for a third wave coffee shop and even included a couple of vegan options. The non-dairy milk selection included both oat milk and macadamia nut milk. I would 100% recommend a visit to Piecewise if you’re looking for great coffee in soda city!

Cute coffee shop, reminds me of the Seattle coffee shops that started back in the mid 80's. Parking is good. Seating inside, hit or miss depending on how busy. They also have an outdoor area for sitting. Iced black coffee DOES NOT taste like hot coffee poured over ice, it is actually pretty good.

Beautiful little coffee house, love the atmosphere soo soo relaxing and quiet. Really good music to sip my coffee and I really love the inside of the building.
The pretty plants and the brick walls gives it a really nice vibe. Very pleasant people. I wish we had more coffee houses like this in my little town.
The coffee itself was really good too. Perfectly sweet just how like it. The outdoor seating looks nice too. Cute and cozy, I'm looking forward to visiting again.

The place was hopping on a Saturday morning! Coffee was great. So great to see a cool little coffee shop in the little town I called home for six years over 30 years ago.

Delightful coffee shop in the Cayce Arts District. And after a long walk on the Three Rivers Greenway it was treat to sip on a cup of coffee and nibble on a fresh baked bagel. Great indoor & outdoor seating and ample parking available.

Cute and small cafe with amazing coffee. The baristas were friendly and made great recommendations.
It has a nice inside seating area as well as outdoor seating in front of the cafe and a back patio.
