A hidden jewel in the middle of nowhere. Unless you know where it is you would never come across it. Close enough to the Lake that out of towners make it a 'must go' destination.
A beautiful setting whether indoor or out. A diverse menu with perfectly prepared dishes. If you want an upscale dining experience in an out of the way spot take the time to find it.
Those who know the restaurant rave about it. Make reservations well in advance.. ask for the fireplace table!!!

Fantastic place to dine. Very cool aesthetic both inside and out, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Menu is small, but not a bad item on there. I had a coffee rubbed strip steak special, and it was amazing. My wife raved about the fried goat cheese app. And dessert was incredible. Also of note is that this restaurant is BYOB. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Had an amazing dinner two nights in a row while on our mini Poconos vacation! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely fantastic 🤩 with a couple dishes just mouth watering; halibut and parmesan garlic risotto & short ribs with garlic mash 😋~literally melted in my mouth!! Then the dessert selection was just heaven for any cake🎂 lover (when you 1st walk in the cakes are in a glass display and all thoughts quickly become what choice I will make for dessert!!) Our table had a very happy 7 year old as they were allowed to order the carrot cake, and we asked for a small piece. The little kid was thrilled when given the biggest piece of cake I had ever seen 👀😆 The ambiance was great besides the animal heads on the walls lol all hard wood look with the center of the dining room a square fireplace 🔥 Highly recommend 👍

Thank you so much for making my birthday extra special. The cowboy ribeye was excellent! The service was fantastic, and our waiter Joe was super friendly and put up with my family taking 100 pictures. The outside of your restaurant looks like a beautiful log cabin from Colorado. I live in New Jersey, and coming to Pennsylvania on the weekends is certainly a highlight because we get to come to this restaurant, it makes us feel like we were on vacation.

The atmosphere is great and service is very attentive but the menu fools you. Reads as a gourmet meal but falls incredibly short. Very surprised and might give it one more try because I want to like it!

Love, love, love!!! An amazing atmosphere with a menu to savor. We tried the Brie with berries appetizer and I would definitely recommend it. My husband had a ribeye with whiskey butter that melted in your mouth while I went with the pasta secco and it was so flavorful!
It is BYOB but they offer a wonderful selection of virgin cocktails that are just begging you to add your own vodka, rum, gin, tequila….

I reached out to the Fairview Cafe on short notice for a private wedding dinner. Donnie and Jennifer were so accommodating and flexible and they, and their staff, provided us with an intimate and wonderful experience. Everyone was thrilled with the food and service. Thank you for everything.

We had a great dinner, warm atmosphere, and great service. In addition, I accidentally left my bag there. The owner contacted me right away, kept it safe, and met me there on a holiday(when they were closed) to return it! Kindness and honesty are greatly appreciated. .
